Just got there. Flash floods all over Chicago, 290 was closed. Took me 3 hours 45 min to get home today after work.
Traffic was a fucking nightmare today. Shit was astronomically bad. But it was totally fucking worth it lets go Hawks! Say it with me…Dynasty.
How about this for some bullshit. Traffic was so bad I had to listen to the first two periods on the radio in the car, then when I got home either the TV or Comcast had no audio for some fucking reason. So to get commentary I turned on the live stream, which was on a minute delay. Got to experience the Stanley cup from the perspective of the blind, deaf and dumb.
All is forgiven with how clean that Kane goal was. GO HAWKS!

Dynasty. Hockey fans deserve it, they are some of the most passionate and hardcore of all sports fans. Sure a lot of casuals have jumped aboard after the hawks first stanley cup, but most have been there since before that and supporting them just as enthusiastically.
Anyways congrats to the Blackhawks, and congrats to Duncan Keith on winning the Conn Smythe!

I’m glad my dvr strategy worked. Every game I watched live all the way through the Hawks s3emed to lose. But when I missed it or wasn’t watching until later on dvr they seemed to win.
Not normally superstitious but fuck it I wanted this hawks win not taking any chances lol. W3 REALLY needed this win in Chicago.
After watching Packers beat the bears on the way to a chip couple years ago. Then Bulls losing to Lebron AGAIN after 1 win away from conference finals and quitting at home in a game 7 was so needed for fans. It’s been fucking ROUGH.
