I like this new Magics. Even before they beat Cleveland last year, I didn’t like the Magics. Couldn’t tell you why though maybe it was b/c of Hedo.
dont sleep on the CELTICS. last season with KG out made the end of their season tougher and although didnt make it to the end some things looked very promising (Big Baby Davis FTW) And Now they got Rasheed WHEW getting nice and stacked plenty of options to spread the floor. I feel that now that he is with the Celtics Rasheed is going start producing again like he did during his championship years with the Pistons. Oh yeah and by the way F**K the LAKERS:rofl:
I’m not worried about no overgrown baby, nor am I worried about Sheed. He probably get the entire Celtics team so high before the game that they don’t know what the fuck is going on. I can already see it Rondo will be so high he seeing aliens when he looks into the mirror, KG screaming at himself, Paul Perice going to be in the locker room looking all space out, Jesus probably will shoot better high who knows. Either way the Celtics will be an interesting ass team this year. I don’t put them over Orlando or the Cavs, but clearly top 3 in the east.

Either way, Celtics/Lakers rematch could be possible, but I have a feeling it could be Celtics/Spurs. Whoever reaches the #1 seed in the east will get to the finals, because when the cavs and the magic face off in round 2, they’ll kill each other while the Celtics spank the Hawks/Wizards who will be the forth seed. We’ll be better rested, better prepared, and glad to beat either time.

I know. I mean, I don’t mind opening night so much, but they don’t have a nationally televised game *all *week.
I watched a few minutes of the game lastnight against the Hawks. They looked pretty solid. They’ve been blowing out opposing teams left and right as well. While it’s only the preseason, I think it’s a good sign that the Magic are starting to learn about maintaining leads and dominating games from the start. That’s something that plagued them all last season.
Last year it was the Magics and Boston that killed each other and Cavs resting. In the end the Cavs except for Lebron was rusty as fuck. Big Z, and Momo especially. The way they played in the playoff was contradicting to the style they played throughout the regular season.
I rather have Shaq just knock out Mike Brown when playoff time roles around and run with whoever their assistant coach is.

This is true. People are already sleeping on the magic and they were the runner up last year. It doesn’t matter who goes from the east. The lakers should and probably will repeat…as long as the bobcats don’t go to the finals
