So the Knicks are looking to trade Larry Hughes very soon. He’d be a great fit in Utah. They could use his outside shooting.

That last year in Washington, he had some of the most ridiculous stats.

22 points, nearly 3 steals, nearly 5 assists and 6 rebounds.

But Larry doesn’t try. Everyone knows he could’ve been a beast if he decided to be consistent and stayed healthy.

Talent (or lack-thereof) aside the Utah Jazz don’t have the financial wherewithal to take on Larry Hughes contract. They had to take out a loan to sign Paul Millsap and Carlos Boozer is still on the team.

I guess the Jazz could trade Boozer for Hughes straight up but Hughes actually makes a little more money so Utah has no incentive of giving the Knicks a much superior player.
