Ron Artest has like 4 minutes left to grab two boards…otherwise I will be holding it down for TEAM ROADHOUSE today and asking Geo how my ass tastes. Incredible that Antawn managed to outsuck Bogut today.
The craziest thing about the Blazers is that they have so many players hurt right now that they needed the coach to play in practices…and then Nate McMillan messed his ACL up too. That is just unfortunate.
Wow, Greg Oden. Right knee, microfracture surgery. Then the right foot. Then the left knee. And now the left knee again. If you are an NBA center, you are basically praying that you can get as many solid years in as you can (and make dat money) before you inevitably develop foot and knee problems.
Fuck you, with all my heart and soul. That was the 2nd most depressing collapse this year. Ironically that bitch Beno was involved in the first, as his 20 point game killed me on a Sunday not long ago.
Where is Matrix? I want Rudy Gay. This is his only offer from me… if not I’m shopping Gerald elsewhere.
Shit reminds me of the Warriors honestly, they have gone two seasons where at some point they were they wracked up enough injuries at one time that they were one or two players from being ineligible to compete I think.
Still, I hope he calls around and finds out what to do and not do in order to try to stay healthy. Shit can be lingering if you don’t take care of it right.
They would just get someone on a 10-day if that ever happened.
I’m wondering if Oden will ever walk again, that knee just looks fucked. I haven’t seen how it happened either, was the collision as bad as his knee looks?
Didn’t get hit. Looks like he broke it just jumping up.
Teams can’t sign 10-day contracts until Jan 5. I dunno what happens if a team suffers a lot of injuries before then as each team is required to suit up a minimum of eight players every game. I guess have an injured player dress but don’t play him.
Yeah, those years where the Lakes didn’t have any good players. I mean, Eddie Jones, Cedric Ceballos, Vlade Divac and Nick Van Exel were terrible. It didn’t get better when they got traded for guys like Glen Rice and Robert Horry, or the draft rights to Kobe Bryant. Shit, the Lakers only made the playoffs 9 times in 10 years, talk about frustrating!
