Boobie is the back-up point. They only have two PG’s on their roster, Gibson’s not going to see any time at the 2 at all.
Anthony Parker will start at SG if West sits out, which may be better for the Cavs even if Delonte was active.

Akuma: 2K10 is alright. Nobody can really get on and play online cause the servers are always down. And there’s a few glitches here and there. My only complaints are getting used to how crossovers are done now, and also… when you get burned on D… you REALLY get burned. I mean, you can’t catch up to that guy… and if there’s no defender in the post (which happens a LOT), you’re fucked.
I suppose it would matter if Jamario could play defense and if Parker was a little more consistent. He’ll do a better job in Cleveland, though. He doesn’t have to do anything but spot up and shoot threes.
I think the Cavaliers will have a down year. They didn’t have 60-win talent last season and played over their heads. Reality will set in this year. They’re probably the third best team in the East but I doubt they win anywhere near as many games as they did last season. Probably 55 at the most.

Jamario was kind of a questionable signing for them, especially for that money, but you could a lot worse than him for your back-up SF. He’s a solid perimeter defender, even if he is completely incapable of not biting on every pump fake. He’s one of those guys that teams like to refer as disruptive defenders - he gets his hands on a lot of loose balls, blocks, steals, tips, all that. He shoots a bit too much for a guy as athletic as he is, but he isn’t by any means a BAD jump shooter, and it will be even less exposed when he’s playing back-up to LeBron on an elite team instead of being the starter on a 33-win Raptors team.
We always knew Jamario would be great as like the 7th or 8th man on a good team - not as your starting SF. And now he is.
Anthony Parker was a fantastic signing for Cleveland though. Cheap too - probably the most underrated move of the offseason. If you have Parker and Moon as your starting SG and SF then you’re fucked (see: 2008-2009 Raptors) but they are great back-ups. Especially if they’re playing with a guy like LeBron on the floor.
Parker’s going to be great for the Cavs, and I promise you that by like a quarter of the season through you’re going to get absolutely sick of hearing all the “Anthony Parker does the little things” and “Anthony Parker is the glue guy” articles. He’s arguably now Cleveland’s best jumpshooter (43% from three over the last three years versus Boobie’s three year career average of 41%, except he’s been playing on shitty Raptors teams instead of alongside 50+ win LeBron teams), he’s a good perimeter defender, a smart player, and he even plays back-up PG.
Parker’s going to factor more into the Cavs’ success this year than Shaq, bank on it.
