Official NBA IS BACK CKRAZY SEASON 3 FANTASY FUN LEAGUE CHAMPION NEVER FORGET!

For some reason we have bad games at ATL, I was thinking we win tonight, and lose thursday at Miami just so ESPN can have something to talk about.

Besides the fact that the Lakers are notorious for going on 8 game win streaks recently and losing the next two.

If we win tonight and beat Miami, we got a chance of going 4-0 on a really tough road trip.

As for the Knicks people sleep on Chauncey. They have a good chance of beating the Heat in a seven game series.

On another note is Kevin Love the new David Lee?

when did srk become a part of the complex media network?

No way in hell NY beat Miami in best of 7. Best of 5 I would buy that, but not seven. We’ve seen what that extra game has done so many times before in the past. Just look at last year as an example Lakers vs Boston. Boston went up 3-2 and loss the series 3-4.

1994 round 1

Denver Nuggets trailed Seattle 0-2 and came back to win 3-2.

1994 round 2

Denver trialed Utah 0-3, and came back to lose 3-4.

My point? In the best of 5 series the better team usually win. In the best of 7 the better almost always win with a few exceptions. Denver came back on the top team that year down 0-2, but can’t come back on a worst team 0-3?
Much easier to put together 3 good games then 4 especially if you’re playing the same team over and over again. Regular season film perpetration is nowhere as intense as playoffs. To put this in street fighter comparison.

Playing someone on “rank” online. You can use your gimmicks and win, but if you played them over and over in the “endless lobby” you can’t use the same ass gimmicks over and over.

I’m not bashing NY and saying they suck. They have three great players, but they haven’t been together as long as Miami, they have a shitty coach just like Miami, and their bench is just as shitty as Miami. Miami’s weakness is their front court, and PG.

They can’t take advantage of Miami’s weakness because they are now the smallest team in the league, and 2nd Miami can put Wade on Billups and move their pg to guard NY’s SG. LeBron on Melo, and Bosh on Amare.

NY seems like a team that can upset Chicago if you ask me though. Just for the fact that Chicago is dependent on Rose, and with Melo and Amare they can really outscore the Bulls. Obviously their D is trash, but you never know with Melo catching fire.

I don’t watch as much Heat games as you, but can you say that each of those losses were potential wins in the final seconds? Let’s say Heat are down by 7 with only 3 seconds left, make a 3 to make it down by 4. Is that still considered choking?

There is definitely more to why the Heat are losing besides those clutch situations. They shouldn’t even be put in those situations in the first place. Why do they let teams come back after leading by so much?

By the way, I think both Wade and Lebron should improve their FT% to at least 80%. Superstars who live at the FT line (except centers) need to have good FT%, IMO.

Most of them were chokes. They always have the lead in the 4th quarter and then run what Simmons calls the clogged toilet offense.

This is how it starts.

Dwade drives to the basket = no foul. Next play Dwade takes fad-away jumper = miss.
Lebron decides “hey it’s my time.” Drive to the basket = no foul. Next play LeBron takes fad-away jumper or running sideways jumper whatever…

You just basically had LeBron and Wade waste 4 plays doing two type of shots. A drive to the basket with no foul, and a ridiculous bull shit shot.

Last play of the game? Give it to Eddie house/ Chris Bosh/ Mike Miller for three. Doesn’t work = loss.

So now LeBron decides okay I’m going to take the final shot and that has shown not to work either.

The last play is always 4 guys standing there and LeBron or Wade at the top of the key driving to the basket.

THAT’S NOT A FUCKING PLAY! That is a god damn ISOLATION!

For once I like them to run a play at the end. You know a pick and roll with someone moving towards the basket, guys fading out to the corner on other side etc… whatever.

I know these guys are too stupid to run the Princeton offense, and quite frankly their skill set is too limited to run the Princeton offense, but at least give me an actual play.

You know in the NFL on any given play everyone has an assignment.

WR#1 corner route, WR# 2 skinny post WR#3 slant.

FB = block
RB = block and leak or just block.
TE = TE leak, block, or even pull.

etc… everyone is doing something. That is what a play is! Not what Miami does where everyone stands there and watch Wade/Bron at the top of the key.

It’s still possible the playoffs are normally based on matchups and somebody eventually being exposed. Miami has the tools to beat damn near anybody in the playoffs outside of probably Boston.

Assuming that Spoelstra can actually coach a couple of decent series they should be in the ECF. I seriously doubt he will even be smart enough to put Wade on Chauncey.

Plus I think Amare would torch Bosh in a playoff series, and Miami’s bench is equally terrible as the Knicks right now.

i haven’t lost a matchup in 7 weeks. the porno king making a second half push to make the playoffs.

We’re used to watching big leads evaporate down here. As soon as the team figure that out, they would have basically figured out 90% of their problems.

People keep talking about we need a PG and a C. Why? In our system, a PG is a spot up shooter and occasional ballhandler. We did this with Jason Williams when we won the chip in 06. He averaged the lowest assists of his career here. It absolutely does not matter who we plug in there… they are not going to have the ball in their hands more than Wade and LeBron. People were so quick to hail Bibby coming. He’s 1-7 from 3p range, shooting 30% or lower, and if it weren’t for garbage time minutes against the Spurs he’d probably only have 2-3 combined assists in three games.

A center? Last I checked, 72 win Bulls’ starting center averaged only 9 points and 5 rebounds. I’m not sure why fans and media insist on thinking we have holes at these positions. We have role players that fill certain needs, and that’s all the coaching staff requires. This is precisely why Riley hasn’t signed Eddy Curry, because despite his ability to score inside, he knows he can’t block or rebound like the guys we already have.

The Luc Longley express is not happy with you right now.

Seriously if Bron and Wade just each made 2 more free throws a game. They probably would be at 11-16 loss right about now, and would be fighting Boston for #1 seed.

If Mike Miller and Bosh just made 1 more jumper a game, they probably would be at 7-11 loss right about now and ESPN would be “heat this, heat that.” So be thankful they are having some troubles or ESPN would shove heat talk up your ass. Even I wouldn’t want that. I rather hear Kevin Love talk, or maybe about the battle of the bottom of the western conference.

Yo Dominique Wilkins is the color commentator for the hawks. He’s pretty good, very old fashioned. I like it.

Too bad the white dude next to him is trying too hard. “Even Khloe Kardashian would say Lamar flopped there, huhuhu”

Damn there are more laker fans at the Phillips arena than when they play at the clippers.

YouTube - 2011 Miami Heat Clutch Reel

Wow. That’s a lot of fail, and the season ain’t over yet.

I would of thought the Heat would have came out and tried to beat the Blazers by 50.
It looks like it might be good have to watch it after the Laker game.

Phil trolling the Heat again.

Los Angeles Lakers’ Phil Jackson on Heat: Big boys don’t cry - ESPN Los Angeles

Blazers vs Heat is pure comedy.

Joel Anthony passes the ball to a fan in the front row.

No one was guarding him he just tossed that shit into the stands.

Two players later LeBron does the old MJ push off and sends Batum flying back like he just got hit with a Bruce Lee kick to the chest.

Miami shooting 56% and still losing by 4. They getting abused on the boards.

Chris Bosh missed the easiest rebound in the world. No one was next to him and shit ended up out of bounds.

You should’ve heard the Knicks fans there the other night.

Apparently, the Hawks don’t actually have fans.

I am waiting for Wade to just merk Lebron, you can tell all this is bothering Wade. He is just going to steal on the inbounds pass from Lebron one day in the last second.

This one guy in the front row, I love his mannerisms. Those are the same ones I’m doing while watching.

Will the Heat fail at clutch time again, place your bets everyone.

EDIT: Nvm they’re already failing. Lol Bosh with the screen

EDIT2: LOL Wade getting the ball stolen

All the “experts” picked Miami to win this game by like 20.

Dat Portland.
