They’re not going to do shit this year. And I can honestly say that without thinking that I’m overreacting. Dwight’s been the only constant on this team all year. No one has really stepped up to become the consistent #2 and #3. They have no one to throw at the likes of Lebron, Pierce, and Kobe. And Dwight’s logging heavy minutes as the team’s only center. There’s still plenty of basketball to be played, but I just don’t think they’ll be going anywhere. They might win a round in the playoffs, but that’s it. No use mentioning them in the same breath as Boston, LA, SA, and Miami.

Agreed, I can understand the choice for Allen, as he has hit a high percentage lately and doing lots of good things with his shooting … still if Monta would be in the east he’d be in there, well I hope at least …
I like the choice for Horford a lot, but why is Joe in there. For most of the year he was struggeling or trying to find himself.
East lacks in depth if you take a closer look behind the starters. Who cares though, its just another useless game the guys could spend to rest their bones. I know it’s tradition and somehow a good way to advertise the sport, but I do not have to like it.
Out of all the big 3, I guess its safe to say LeBron has fully found his way within the system. The only things he was limping on was scoring, rebounds and blocks. But he’s more or less closing in on his career avg in points, and after starting the season only avg 5 boards, he’s basically getting 10+ every other game. He was averaging .4 blocks (aka, none) but he’s doing close to two blocks per game in his last 5 games. So by season’s end, I figure he’ll be fine in everything.
Wade has willingly dropped from 6-7 assists to 4 assists. Bosh says he wants to avg 10 rebounds. Def interested to see how players improve in the 2nd half.
Mike Miller is a rebounding beast. And the fact Haslem is coming back next month is gonna make things really fun.
