ref assist button on fire currently for team USA … Iggy’s travel, the clean blocks not given, but US pushin and holdin like mad … I really dislike the officiating … and it killed the little chance the russians had …

i don’t think its ref assist for usa, its more just inconsistent reffing going both ways.
there hasn’t been anything big that make it hard to play through… it isn’t bad to the point where usa is winning it… but if you’re saying russia needs the reffing to be pro-russia for them to win, then i’m not gonna argue that.

Nah whole 3rd quarter was really bad against russia. The rest was like you described though. Problem was that when the US pulled away and the russians had their last uprising everything went against them and killed any hope …They are not as talented and its ok that they lost but it seemed very biased at times adn there was a chance, team US did not play well outside of Durant.
So far I think Lithuania showed the best overall basketball this championship, even though they had some inconsistances and if 3’s won’t fall they are worse then turkey and definetly no chance vs the US, again with so many no names players … If Lithuania plays like today they can beat anyone though.
It’s funny that a 3 mill people country can produce such basketball talent. There you see what you can do with great coaches in youth development and having basketball as your national sport … 
If the Bulls are smart, they would NOT trade Noah for Melo. Yes he’s a great scorer, but they already have Deng and Boozer to do the score. Plus, they would not have a true center. Noah is the HEART and soul of the team.

I agree, I cannot see it work out. Melo would sometimes shoot you out of games and can be an undiciplined diva. Deng is much better at defence anyway. Seeing that Boozer needs his touches and I think Rose will take many more shoots from the outside if the team US games are any indication, then I say it would not be an improvement. The Bulls would only have an international talent, not yet really developed physical and in skills, at Center. Noah is like the emotional leader of the Bulls, so I do not think the Bulls will push into such a deal.
