Official NBA IS BACK CKRAZY SEASON 3 FANTASY FUN LEAGUE CHAMPION NEVER FORGET!

Yes the Knicks bandwagon is real. Why do you think they got shown on National TV twice this past week? That was Stern and Co. trying to rebuild interest in the franchise via exposure and hype. Not to mention, they were on NBA TV just now as well.

All of a sudden, all these NY residents I know who root for the Celtics are suddenly claiming blue and orange. Its comedy central.

This. This. This. I liked him on the Magic.

Jason Richardson is a good pickup for Orlando. They’re gonna regret losing Gortat (just for the sake of size and relief for Dwight), and I think their contract situation is still screwed up despite finally dumping Rash.

I’m not a Knicks hater. Most of my family is in NY. They were a fun team to watch in 1999.

 SO true, just look at the work they did with grant hill, smh.

i don’t really have any words on this trade just yet but i know i wouldn’t have gotten turkolgu back though guy’s been struggling badly

Does Turk even want to play for the Magic … lol

Anyway, VC is out of shape since a while already, they can cure that with that Suns physio staff.

The real questionmark to me is … Agent Zero … I hope he catches some fire and desire for the game again.

I hope my man JJ still gets decent minutes behind Arenas and J-Rich, or else I’m not gonna watch as many Magic games.

And the Nash and VC pairing should’ve happened way back in TO.

I really don’t know what to think about the trades Orlando made other than I believe it’s a bit overkill.
Arenas was one of my favorite players (and he still has some of my favorite kicks) back in the day, hopefully Turk gets his Groove back. J.Rich is a wild card but he’s a quality player.

Again I think it’s kinda overkill, perhaps we should have gone to Europe and picked up someone from over there.

Well …, with Dwight in the middle the rest of the guys playing outside on the perimeter perhaps they try some sort of Dribble-Drive Motion Offense with some extas. Except J Rich and Dwight the following line up would have really good ball handlers.

C - Dwight
PF - Turk
SF - J-Rich
SG - Agent Zero
PG - Nelson

Why Knicks…why are you torturing me?

whats goin on with the efnet chatroom? is it down?

I don’t know what to think of this trade. I think I like the Suns trade a lot better by itself, despite Orlando taking a huge loss up front in dealing Gortat. The Arenas deal just seems to complicate things further.

J-Rich will fit in perfectly in this system. He hits threes at a solid clip, can create his own shot, and works nicely as a 3rd option. Hedo, despite being a free agent bust in Toronto and a flop in his short stint in Phoenix, will be playing in a system that better utilizes his skills. Hedo can still score, hit clutch shots, take advantage of mismatches, and run the 3/5 P&R with Dwight. He’s definitely an upgrade over Rashard because his skill set involves a lot more than just camping out behind the three point line and being tentative all game. A major concern is whether or not he’ll actually care enough to do any of that.

In the trade of bad contracts, I actually prefer Arenas over Lewis. At least Arenas isn’t afraid to take big shots or drive to the basket. He’s shooting poorly, but I think he’ll get better shots playing in Orlando’s system.

My assumption is that Stan will opt for a lineup of Dwight/Turk/J-Rich/Gunbert/Jameer in late game situations. I don’t think that’s going to be his starting lineup, though. The starters will probably be Dwight/Q (or Ryan Anderson)/Turk/J-Rich/Jameer. Bringing Arenas off the bench might be the best thing to do.

Another issue is finding a solid backup for Dwight. Having Malik Allen as their primary backup is laughable, so laughable in fact that even Joel Anthony is shaking his head. They can’t really depend on Daniel Orton because he’s hurt. Orlando’s frontline gets killed by the likes of Boston and LA all the time. No Gortat is going to make it even worse.

Oh well, regardless of the outcome, this team is going to be hilarious.

It’s seems up to me.

JONNY FLYNN.

Also LOLANDO. I hope Dwight gets 400 boards a game now with all the three jackers they have now.

I can’t believe that we lost to the damn Clippers…

 Noah please come back…

EDIT: Blake Griffin or John Wall for rookie of the year though…

All I know about these trades is that it makes signing JJ Redick for $20 million look like a genius move now that he has to play behind both Richardson AND Arenas.

Unless Griffin gets hurt he’s winning ROY

Lakers with 57 bench points. Killer Bs sting!

Knicks lost again FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!11111111111 That;s 3 straight losses after an 8 game streak n nearly beating celtics. They took soooooooooooooo many random 3’s against cavs!!!

HATEHATEHATEHATEHATHATE!

That Arenas trade cleared up the logjam at the Guard spots for the Wizards which means Hinrich is guaranteed starter’s minutes now. Thanks ckrazy.

There’s no shame losing to Blake Griffin’s Clippers bro. That dude is a beast.

Everyone knows the Magic needs more three point shooters.

I was thinking they shouldn’t have done the Lewis for Arenas swap. Maybe try and see if they can still do the Hedo/Dwight P&R which carried them to the Finals a couple years ago.

Are they gonna put Hedo at the 4? Maybe they could create some mismatches if they do the 4/5 pick and roll instead.

LOL at the Suns basically admitting that getting Hedo was a mistake. Dude didn’t even last an entire season. LOL at the Magic admitting that letting Hedo go and getting Vince was a mistake as well.

Howard might start at SG.

Blatch, McGee, Lewis, Howard, and Wall.

That is a decent starting lineup.

of course it carried them to the finals, they didnt have to go through KG.
