Doesn’t he want to become a billionaire though?!?
Which is something I don’t get with the marketing company anyways…do work on the hardwood (like you said) and the endorsements (where the real money comes from) will follow.

The problem is LeBron doesn’t exactly know what a “billionaire” really is. He thinks “oh I made 100 million. I am so close to being a billionaire!” He trying to “diversify his portfolio” with a lot of different companies. What he doesn’t realize is that most billionaire make their money in one specific market. Whether it may be telecom, electronics, banks, oil/gas etc… His main source of income will be through endorsements, which comes form his basketball. These other investments of his are useless, even if his marketing company takes off he will only be adding in a few million per year max for at least another 20 years. Whatever money he makes will have to be put back into the company for it to grow. You can’t just put that money in your pocket and expect all expense will go away. This is why most fucking companies have stocks and bonds!!! They need working capital. Moreover he knows absolute shit about marketing. You can’t just delegate people and expect things will run smoothly, hell even when you shit yourself things still get fucked up every now and then.
I’m sure he will open up a restaurant/sports bar if he hasn’t already done so. Probably will buy some stocks and bonds. Buy real-estate expecting the value to go up. Unfortunately for him he doesn’t know how to run or operate any of that shit!!!
Hell he probably start a record label too and sign artist to make stupid dance music for all we know. LeBron thinks he can do everything at once, or at least delegate everything at once. Whoever his accountant is must have a headache trying to keep track of his shit, because you damn well know niggas are siphoning the shit out of all his small accounts.
I’m surprised no one’s mentioned T Mac signed with the Pistons. I’m kinda saddened by that being a Pistons fan myself. Especially since there were rumors they might be getting rid of Tayshaun Prince.
I believe that got mentioned at the end of the last thread and the extent of the conversation was something along the lines of “LOL T MAC”.
Bucks sign Earl Boykins
Bucks sign Earl Boykins
boston would like that.
They might as well package Rip while they’re at it.
Lol Grizzlies, they’ve yet to sign their two rookies. Way to establish long-term relationship with your players. And also your franchise is cheap as hell.

i hope rudy gets his head right. it’ll be a shame if he doesn’t play in the nba anymore.
for once i actually can relate to lebron and his reasoning with his comments about akron vs. cleveland (at least as explained by the GQ guy), but he had to have known that it’s not a good look to say that in a print interview…maybe on larry king or somewhere he could’ve gotten away with some nuanced shit like that, but not in print.
What the hell? You’re from Philly? I guess I didn’t recognize/remember cause you have a different AV, but why “Failuretown”, unless it’s a reference to the Sixers.
Well at least the Bulls didn’t get Knee Mac:smokin:
And yall actually like the new Jazz uniforms? Shit looks hella bootleg… maybe I don’t like change:crybaby:
I hate Boston.
But I hate Miami more.
Why? Man isn’t it a terrible feeling watching players who led your team to a title be traded away? Kind of stings.

Disappointing brawl
No, I think you just like boring uniforms that use the same shade of blue as half the league.
Sure does, but it all falls on the management. Might as well get what you can for these guys, wasn’t the whole point in getting Gordon was to try to make him the #1 option?
LOL @ Krstic’s hammer punch. And, of course, it had to be him doing it to a black guy.
I didn’t think so, but then again I could be wrong. I saw it as the potential replacement for the scoring threat we lost in Billups. It should be noted that I never saw Billups as being a true point guard.
