If there was any indication Mike Brown is on the hot seat, it’s this loss right here. Rick straight up outcoached him tonight, and he had his guys ready from the get go just watch the tape. All that talk about “oh it’s just preseason” yeah right. 12-31 from the free throw line, that’s just unacceptable. The free throw coach is going to have a field day tomorrow. The offense still looks stagnate, they have got to either get into sets much faster or let Steve Nash penetrate from pick and roll and make decisions. I know it’s just the first game, but this is a team that virtually no center and no dirk there are no excuses for this loss.

Rick has always been a great coach, but Mike Brown is just pathetic. I knows it’s a learning curve with the offense but knowing that Nash and Howard are two of the best pick and roll players in the league and not utilizing that is shameful.

Bright side to this loss is a lot of good things from Jordan Hill. Steve Blake looks very lost out there, lets hope Duhon or somebody can take his spot!

Brown is on pace to take over Doris Burke’s job by the end of the year. That’s a pretty bright future to me.
