Last night, I had a draft for my money league, and last year’s champ had the 3rd pick. He accidentally drafted Anthony Davis. Provided lots of “wtfs” and “lolz” in the chat box.

There is a FA budget this year. You will not be able to find gems so easily as other people will be bidding on them.
So you have to care about a budget. Twice.
I usually give people one mulligan for a mistake. Like if you accidentally draft someone for 300 dollars I’ll pause the draft and we’ll roll it back. Or if you click the wrong dude. Stuff like that, but not you being stupid and taking injured dudes or something.
Please Fun Leaguers don’t abuse this because NO ONE LIKES WHEN I HAVE TO PAUSE THE DRAFT. I DON’T LIKE WHEN EVERYONE CAPS LOCKS AT ME WHEN I PAUSE THE DRAFT.
I remember Stern as the guy who did tons of good for the league early on, but overstayed his welcome and made the game worse as a consequence, just because he’s gunning for the record of longest-tenured pro sports commissioner. He’ll easily be hailed as one of the best bosses among the North American pro leagues-- deservedly so-- but he should have gotten out of the way years, decades ago. He’s a living testament to term limits.
So, just like Stern… maybe with less stones. I’m not expecting any improvement after he steps down, I’m just tired of looking at and listening to him.

I don’t expect much to change with Adam Silver taking over the job. He’s been Stern’s protégé for what, 20 years? One thing I would love to see change under Silver however is for the league to stop protecting the referees. Slapping players, coaches, etc with fines for criticizing the refs reeks of corruption. Although it’s funny when the league fines an owner like Cuban for calling out refs considering the commissioner works for the owners. Imagine an employee you hired punishing you for their own poor job performance when you ask him why he’s doing such a shitty job. That’s basically what’s happening in the bizarre world of pro sports.

Like that one time my comp froze so it autodraft for me. When I relog I had Chris Bosh on my team, but of course VS rolled it back for me. Everyone was hating, but it totally worked! I peer pressure VS into rolling it back!

He was drafted 2 years ago so he was in the free agent pool all of last year and going into this year. Obviously he should be available since he was in the pool last year but instead I got vsterned. Now I have no good keepers and that makes me sad.
Well I had NBA TV on in the back ground the other day watching Open Court and after it was that one fantasy segment. They called him a rookie though… so I guess Vsterned kind has a point in the technicality column.
