Never imagined I’d see the day of Bargs getting this much press in his career ever. Must be the Laker effect. If the rumour was some other team no one would give a damn.

We were top 10 in the league in points allowed last year thanks to a new head coach implementing a new system. The roster has remained the same more or less. Wouldn’t be far-fetched to assume their defense this year would be at least somewhat decent and not disastrous like our first 23 games, would it?

Depends on where he ends up I don’t think he ends up in L.A., his third year thwarts Mitch’s plan to have cap room in 2014. Someone on another forum was joking the other day and said they should trade him to OKC to get their pick back.

I heard BC had a meeting with ownership the other day so trades are probably imminent.

It would be 10x worst to run with the notion that these are the additions Andrea was referring to when he talked about the Raptors becoming a winning team because of their Summer acquisitions. No one in their right fucking mind would believe that Lowry would turn them into a winner.

The Los Angeles Lakers want to give Pau Gasol an opportunity to work within Mike D’Antoni’s system when he returns from knee tendinitis.

But multiple sources say the Lakers are prepared to trade Gasol for a younger and more athletic forward and bench depth should he struggle.
