Houston just needs to work some things out, there is definitely some solid stuff going on.
Lin is playing well in every facet but shooting. He is keeping turnovers down, passing the ball well and playing alot better defense. He just doesn’t trust his shot right now and is too reluctant to shoot.
Harden is finally passing the ball around more and taking less 3s while driving more.
Parsons is really their second option and is a good defender and rebounder.
Asik defensively is good but he has no offensive game at all, he is probably missed 20 layups this year at least.
Bench is a bit of a problem Patterson and Morris are mad inconsistent and Chucklas is lucky to be on a roster at all. They have a good starting unit though, Patterson needs to take less jump shots and rebound more and Asik needs to at least be able to make open shots 5 feet and in.
Metta has been beasting lately. But, it seems like the moment I say that he reverts back to building bridges. Pau had the hot hand for a while, funny how everybody was wanted him traded just the other day. Morris seeing more playing time has helped his confidence a bit, each game he’s playing more controlled and not as reckless. He’s still needs to improve his decision making, but just like all young PGs that will come with more time.
