i’d be thrilled if the warriors got chandler. i think houston will throw the most money at him and that’s where he’ll wind up though. i’m not even going to entertain the idea of getting paul.
The difference is that the Lakers are the only team that already has a Big 4.
This is a team that in the last four years has gone to the Finals three times, won two of them, and has averaged just under 60 wins. Where’s the hurry to blow it all up? Lakers fans, always chomping at the bit. This is a tweak scenario, not a rebuild scenario.

EDIT: If the rumors are true that Luke is planning to retire, then the lakers could luck out and amnesty someone else like MWP, which I would say is the #2 option behind Luke. But my inclination is that Luke wants that free money, and the lakers will have to amnesty him if they want it back.
Alright! The NBA is back in session. But it’s gonna be kinda sad to have a big chance of not seeing Howard with the Magic anymore. He’s my favorite player. 
Ah well. As long as we can get someone good to replace him if he does get traded it should be tolerable. Go Magic!!
