Damn, I get on after 2 months of not touching this game, and people are still doing the weapon slide, still doing the chainsaw glitch. WTF.

Slide is okay because its so effortless and actually adds to the game. Chainsaw glitch is dumb though.

Does the slide even work in offline matches?

Slide doesn’t work offline. Doesn’t work for the host either i dont think.

I didn’t know there were “serious” online tourneys for this. If I were a serious Gears player I wouldn’t take online serious because the game plays completely different offline. Hell it plays different just if you host because, you know, you’re bullets actually connect to your opponent without a 1 and a half seconds lag.

From what I’ve heard MLG declared weapon slide legal but lol if they actually do online tourneys.

Anyone have tips for getting the hammer of dawn achievement? I have a grand total of 1 kill with it x.x

I havent kept up wit the MLG or GB brackets lately. Im trying to get a local scene going, for LAN tournies, I think ONLINE tournies for this game is a joke. who ever hosts, will always beast out on everyone else. and its up to the host to show who’s boss practically. everything is always blamed on the host.

lol, at the achievment, I have about the same amount of kills registered on ranked as well. I always switch that gun out with boom or sniper anyways. player matches is where its at/ anyone that feels to play actuall skilled players, add my GT.
