Gonna miss having a decent internet connection once I move back home though. Though desyncing from a middle of a run in a group isn’t so bad with how banners work.
Since you seem to know everything, whats the point of dropping a banner with G? Just to be cool?
I had a lot of fun with the beta, definitely running Monk the class I eyed since the start. Demon Hunter will be my secondary.

Is there anyway to get access to the closed beta? I only played a few hours over the weekend but I’m totally hooked! My monk was named Krillin and he was becoming a badass so quickly…:sad:
I kinda got attached to my beta characters. Too bad they’re gone, I really wanted to level them some more once the game is released.

I don’t know everything haha, but if someone needs help, I try. But anyways, the banners in town just teleport you to a party members location. It’s just that in D2 I had times where I got kicked out of a game when I was running with a friend and would have to ask them to pop a tp so I can get to them, or in some cases like against the ancients, popping a tp wasn’t a good idea.

Split TPs amongst party members to be able to kite/heal during boss fights was probably something they wanted to eliminate as much as they wanted to provide easy means to sell your inventory, especially with the selling from your inventory mechanic being removed.

Dunno, I think it is to show off and brag about your achievements. Though I doubt any of us would have as much swag as a paladin.

I want the story in D3 to reveal what happened in the picture above. Diablo kicked the ass of the Necro and Barb, while the Amazon and Sorceress hid, but the Paladin walks in and the fight looks something like this

Barbarian is the official main character of Diablo 2, and is the same Barbarian in Diablo 3. So actually, that ish never happened.
