Its easier to solo stuff, but its so much fun when I’m playing with other people watching everyone die a million times, getting shitty loot together. That’s why I’ve stopped at Rakanoth for now cause I have no one to party with. I haven’t done a complete pony run by myself, but I did one a couple days ago with 2 Barbarians in our party, 1 of which can’t even progress in Act 2 and stuck doing Butcher runs forever. Whenever I see someone do Butcher, Siegebreaker or whoever I try to join them. The rest of the time I do goblin runs, which is fun cause I barely even have time to salvage loot cause of all the people finding goblins and inviting me. When I find gobs myself I don’t even know who to invite.

I’ve been told that the ideal for a DH is to dual wield 1h crossbows with crit damage + a socket + 2 radiant star emeralds, and get like 380% crit damage from your weapons alone. No room for a quiver in that scenario.
I’m just rolling a cheap 15% IAS, 8% crit rate, 10% elemental arrow quiver. No dex or disc, but I’d have to spend like 8x more to get a similar quiver with dex on it, so I think it’s worth it to just go budget for quiver slot.
If you could consider a 1mil quiver a “budget” item.

By the way, +5% to Cold Damage means you deal an extra 5% of your damage as Cold damage, not your Cold attacks deal 5% more damage. The set bonus for Tal’s set is not quite as awful as it sounds

yeah, but quivers are dodging the IAS nerf, so that’s gonna be useful. And I ain’t a huge fan of crit damage builds. I am still gonna work on mine, but it’s gonna take awhile lol
And dual 1H xbows are hella pricey

i got a crit build going with my 2 handed xbow. currently at about 25% crit chance without SS. shouldnt need more than that honestly, i crit alot. i just need to find higher crit damage gear now.
I switched to a crit build in preparation for the IAS nerf and am currently sitting with 32% crit chance. My xbow was shooting so slow though so I was planning on replacing it. Then I went on a pony run and found a 1k dps bow with 100+ dex and a socket. Oh man.
Yeah, I recently found a 1k dps bow with a socket for 400k on the AH. No stats, but still…
Found a couple of nice dh weapons, let me know if anyone want them. No low balling =)

Mine is barely over 1k, socket, ias, and bonus damage to elites, and yet I fucking hate it
edit: I hate not finding anything worth buying for my DH on RMAH I got 50 bucks in credit there, and can’t find a good quiver or helm

between my godlike boots, hammer jammers, and lacuni prowlers, I have over 20% movement speed. So nice. Its very weird when I go play my other classes and they slow as fuck.
Bidding on some ias/crit/dex gloves now, as well as a beastly little quiver with bonus damage to elites, bonus damage to hungering shot, crit chance, ias, dex, and discipline. Guy has it up real cheap low bid on RMAH, and I am hoping nobody else finds this little gem. No socket, but I will live 
Been farming the fuck out of lootbreaker and azmopiss and haven’t found a single 1k dps weapon yet. Been getting close. Rolling yellows with 950+ stats with life leech, life on hit, socket, and other useful stats. I suppose if I got lucky and rolled straight damage% mod with IAS it would push those higher end weapons past 1k easy.

Lol at reduces resource cost of Firebomb. That attack is already spam-able at default cost.
I just remembered a trick for bears and wolves in Diablo 2. Equip a bow/crossbow and iron maiden no longer does damage back to you.
It’s going to be difficult to upgrade my WD weapon. I need chance to freeze or stun, life on hit, and intelligence. (and if really lucky, mana regen with a high base attack speed and critical damage/chance, but 1.30 base aps is fine)

did a seigebreaker run with Kim. Found a few resplendent chests, and killed like 7 or 8 unique packs, and all i got the entire time was ONE fucking level 54 ass shoulders. Killed seigebreaker, and still got nothing usable.
Kim meanwhile gets exalted grand sovereign boots and goodies galore. Fuck you kim

Btw, I found a couple of resp chest spots in Act 3 (not Underbridge). Could be very profitable if we got 4 peeps running and finding those chests. You need to be able to handle Act 3 mobs though.

i was beyond jelly. I downloaded a picture of justin beiber onto my laptop, then I punched the screen on my laptop. That sucked. I could understand if I was getting some DECENT blues, but fuck me, every single one was either a level 54 weapon, or a level 60 gear with 2 random stats (+ gold range pickup, +54 vit, shit like that).

yea barracks, , top of the hill, and all the other dungeon spawn there have a chance at resp chest. honestly i dont eve bother running for them, i just kill elites, if they happen to be on my way there, cool, if not oh well. i never get shit from those chests, so i stop caring about them. my friend has made millions off of me…crafting helms and selling on auction house. only reason i dont do it is cause i got someone on d2jsp who crafts gloves, so i save my mats for him, lol. i sold a glove last night for 9 mil…
