yeah thats pretty much what i think right now. sure my dh murders things, but its so derpy 1 dimensional. im not proud of it, but if i am having trouble with anything its just shoot shoot shoot ss shoot shoot shoot ss shoot shoot shoot ss prep shoot…and eventually things just die. i have a lot more fun with my barb even with the standard tank build but its just so BAD. everything takes multiple times as long, and even if you play well and are geared enough to survive, sometimes you’ll just die anyway because the game wanted you to.

i think barbs have it pretty good in 1.03 though…if we’re getting by with the retarded levels of damage right now, then we’ll be really hard to kill once the damage gets toned down.

and i just realized something, are they nerfing IAS on weapons too? if so i’m selling my 1k dps 1h because it wont be a 1k dps 1h after update…

dam seigbrekaer runs have definetly been nerfed, it cant just be rng. i keep getting runs where i get a total of 5 rares from 5 elite packs and seigebreaker(2-3 being from seigbreaker)…it was never like this for me before RMAH went live…shit is terrible. doesnt feel worth the frustration of dealing with the run if i keep getting crap drops.

well hold up, that could very well be a fake list, i just found the site that it’s on and it’s NOT officially affiliated with blizz. also blizz said before that we shouldn’t be fearful of investing in high price items cause they would stay as good… wouldn’t make sense if they were going to retroactively kill the stats…

Definitely your imagination. That’s about what I usually get, even with swapping to MF gear before a kill on an elite. Sometimes you can get lucky though.

There are a lot of fan sites that have true information that are not affiliated with Blizzard. A good example would be MMO-Champion, which follows mostly WoW and has tons of new info on WoW, be it official blue posts on the B.net forums or even datamining patches. If the information about IAS was datamined, it is likely going to be true. However, it doesn’t mean it’s final until Blizzard makes an official announcement or posts patch notes. Sometimes datamining can pick up placeholder numbers, but those don’t really look like placeholder numbers to me…

how would you datamine a patch that we don’t have yet though? i mean datamining is all well and good when you have the new patch to look through. or are there like test servers for the new patch that can be mined?

I got two legendaries within 4 pony/cloud runs today. Too bad they were Sever and The Grandfather. But overall I’m getting better loot quality doing this. I found some decent upgrades and 30% mf amulet, which would help me, since I only have about 100% mf pre-stacks. I’m willing to help people get clouds after I clear it. I will usually guide people past things I couldn’t kill (Any elite pony mob is easily killed since there is always a spot they get stuck, but the small teddies and flowers with strong affixes like invulnerable are too tough for me to take down), so we can walk around with mf gear.

Been playing my barb since May 15th and I finally beat act 4 inferno solo. Barb is too fun, I’ll never start up a DH.

I’m not really excited about the fact that they are making act 3 and 4 inferno easier for melee. I think it’s fine the way it is now, except for a few mobs (tongue fuckers in act 3). I’m enjoying the fact I’m one of the few barbs that can beat inferno solo.

I was about to sell everything my barb is wearing for real money but apparently I can’t use the RMAH. I’m using Virgin Mobile and blizzard won’t let me get the security things I need to use the RMAH. FML.

crafting 6 property helms and demon hunter cloaks, just bring me 35 inferno essences, 5 tears, 10 tomes, and 120k(includes crafting cost and my cut). hit me up in game if you ever want one crafted.
