Haven’t killed Belial but then again i don’t really need to other than to earn the achievement. I figured out a way to skip quests without having to warp to a friend first. So I just skip to siegebreaker quest in act 3, get tyrael and then tp back to the keep and start farming from there. Try to get to 5 stacks of nv then kill the siege breaker.
Drops have still been shit so far in A3 even with mf gear.
the drops are shit period throughout the entire game. because of the existence of the auction house, drop rates were forced to suffer. but i will say when good shit DOES drop in act 3, you become a millionare. my friend has made like 8 mil today running seigbreaker with me. i havent been able to sell my shit cause i got 10 items up there no one wants to buy. shrugs 10 item limit thing is complete bs.
When farming act 3 there’s usually a respeplendent chest and treasure goblin in the ice caves on the ballista field. Also sometimes the room right before the siegebreaker boss is sometimes open and it has a super unique (yellow with name) and a resplendent chest usually in there or a treasure goblin. Open the chests when you have 5 stacks. I got a 1.1k dps wand doing this and some other decent stuff.
Finally making Act 2 Progress, grinded all the way to Magda with 5 stacks of Neph buff, only to get 2 rares that weren’t really very good : /

my build I have been using for a while. might swap out pestilence for Searing locusts but basically it’s all about grasp a mob, Spirit Walk in Soul harvest the mob and Locust away as I kite them. Gargantuan is there to help distract and great against certain bosses. Fetish army is swapped in as needed.
Finally finished Act 1, thanks for the advice. Stacked up my Resist to 320, Damage was around 8k, and my HP was about 25k. Now i get rolled by those wasps though so I guess its warden/butcher farming till i can get more Vit/dex/resist
Also, just crafted some 280 armour +84 int +34 lighting resist +40 all resist +14% MF dunno how much to sell for so if somebody needs it hit me up with an offer or i’ll just put em up on AH for like 1m and work my way down. (Just looked on AH so i’ll probably put em up for 150k if nobody wants em here)

whats the asking price for star gems? Does it vary by gem, or what? I’ve seen some people ask for like 600-700k for star amethyst, but I have also seen radiant square ruby selling consistently for 300k
Yeah Amethyst gems sell for the most since every class needs Vitality, whereas ruby’s are gonna be cheapest cause only 1 class uses strength (and the +damage isn’t that great compared to the +crit you get in the emeralds)
There seems to be more and more people crafting now, how profitable is it?
Crafting mat prices are really low because the majority of the player base has no access to worthwhile crafts. Crafting is good because it gives you something to sink these otherwise almost-worthless crafting mats into, and basically lets you convert junk blues from A4 Aspect farming into high ilvl 6-affix rares.
The cost of crafting armor is pretty low, and with 6 affixes it is pretty common to craft things that will break even or turn a profit. Crafting weapons is twice as expensive and not worth it imo.
Despite this I would suggest not dropping the gold on a craft plan. There are many on jsp who will craft Exalted Grand items for you for free/for tips (be wary of scammers and item switchers, ask for a livestream or work with someone with a good reputation) so you can still get in on crafting without making a 800k-2.8mil investment.

I am also thinking of starting a little SRK shop here. Whats the best thing’s y’all can craft? I’ve mentioned I can make set gear. The helm crafts quite nicely, and easily sells for 120k+. If you got the materials i’d need to craft it, i’d be willing to craft it for about half the price for u (that would give me about 50k in profit, and u potentially more). If the stats turn out really good, i would reserve the right to charge an extra 10-20k tho lol. Maybe even a nice deal on crafting the full set for u.
