Haggar, Ironfist, Thor, Ironman and Spiderman need to be higher.
Strider, Jill, Phoenix, Trish, X-23 and Chris need to be lower.
Hulk, Dormammu, and Spencer should be somewhere in the middle.
MODOK’s is automatic S tier imo. The theme alone made me want to main the character.
Iron Fist’s theme is amazing. Other than that, I think OP’s is pretty good.
Skrull’s theme mid-tier? What?

I personally think we should wait for the Japanese to release their tiering. Then we can compare notes. I hear they’re considering MODOK for top tier.
No, but really. MODOK’s is pretty damn catchy. I had it stuck in my head on loop for a whole day once, right from when I woke up to when I went to bed.
X-23’s is blecch.
Lei Lei’s should be lower. They dun goofed on that one. As well as… well, I won’t go into it.
Vergil needs to be higher, also iron fist.
