I take it u mean book. Where did u get the info from? Us the guide Japanese or English and do u know if it will have frame data?
No, it’s mook, actually . Means “Magazine Book”, a mag that is sold as a book - it’s a japanese thing.
And this info was posted in Versus City. The listing is here, and there’s no actual info on the guide yet, but since it’s published by Arcadia, it might have frame data as well.
It’s a Japan release for now.

no problem, i read it before the server went down. The changes would be nice to know in stone, but im more interested to see if frame advantage on hit and block have changed for some moves. Would be awesome to finally have some decent hit or block advantage on normals to play counterhits with, albeit its not like cammy who can hit confirm into a special off counterhits, you would have to react to getting counterhits and go straight into a special, which is hard to do and to top it off you only have one safe option which is a fireball release (requries store or meter), since store might whiff and pinwheel is unsafe.
That being said they wont touch Medium Punchs frame data, if they made it better it might mean theres little to no frame gaps when doing Mp > Sekku in FSE, which would be OP on block and wouldnt count as a reset on hit.
If they made any medium kick or close hard kick better on block or hit that would be cool, it might actually give abit more use to close hard kick which i rarely use outside of FSE.
I think far st.mk’s hitbox was improved. I’ve seen a few videos were they often used it for anti-air instead of cr.mp. Hitbox is probably wider because I’ve seen it hit at really weird angles.
Also far st.hk seems to travel a little less distance but comes out faster. I’m really not sure though. That’s just the impression I got from watching a few AE vids.
I think we shoudl all wait a bit until we have it in our hands. Everything LOOKS different.
Is it just me or did they change the close st.hp cancellable frames for Juri? I haven’t been able to follow it up with a lk.pinwheel or ex-pinwheel.

I can confirm that far mk change. Finished off an El fuerte last weekend with that move when he’s trying to do that back-run-flip-throw thing. Dude was literally hovering over Juri’s toes but still got hit.

Things to test. Hmmm. Test fadcing sempushas. Apparently you can fadc on the 2nd or 3rd hit. Test if this is true. And if it is, can you link anything but a sclk to it.
