I don’t even watch TV anymore. Streaming sports is really it but 24 was the reason why I had to have a TV tuned into Fox in front of me every Monday at 9.
As for Jack pissing/eating, I believe they answered that in a Q&A at one of the Comic-Cons. There may be a video of the exact answer uploaded somewhere. AFAIK, they actually filmed a scene of Jack going to the washroom once but since so much happens in every episode they had to leave the scene out in the final cut.
People do piss though on the show. Remember S6 when Morris went to take a shit at CTU and Chloe barged in on him because she thought he was drinking again. Pretty funny.

I don’t think there’s no chance of a movie, but it’s looking pretty bad. The script they had for it was rejected by Fox.
If Fox rejects a script you know something must be wrong. Maybe it was too left wing or something.
I’ve spent the last 4 months watching 24 from season 1, Despite always saving the day I never really appreciated how much Jack has lost.
Maybe the script is just too brutal, like Metalocalypse BrUtaL!1!!?
