But yeah, I have to say that was really good acting on Kiefer’s part at the end. You could clearly see how conflicted he was deciding whether to shoot Dana or not. But once he did, you could see how angry he was just because he had to add one more shot for good measure.
There will be a lot of dead Russians in the next few episodes, methinks.

Yeah it was awesome to see how Jack has rose from underground myth to full fledged terror. Shame now he has to be Public Enemy No.1.

Metal Gear Bauer at the start (Big Boss would be proud) and the totally insane firefight at the end…too much awesome to handle!

That episode was indeed pure greatness, I’m in awe of Bauer’s transformation.
I still think it’s funny how people sprinting down the street carrying guns don’t get noticed until they start shooting. 
that scene is why you have to love 24.
That episode was so good I just had to watch it again on Hulu.

The actress who plays Dana is very good. The part where she pretended to be a bystander on the phone talking to the 911 operator was crazy good.
Itzin/ Logan’s nuances on the phone, was also good. I hope he gets capped though, he’s cornballed too many presidencies.
i’ve always wondered what happens if you have a hostage and the guy is like…ok shoot him. What do you do after you shoot him…dude still has a gun on you he can just open up. I guess you could use him as a meat shield…but buddy just has to hold you down till back up comes.
That was my favourite scene, the startled look he pulls is brilliant, I couldn’t stop laughing whilst he pretended to still be on the phone. Logan is officially nuts like his ex wife

I felt things had gone too far when Chloe says “He’s never threatened me before”
But when Jack merked Dana after giving his word he wouldn’t I knew Jack’s fate was sealed. He broke the “Bauer Bond” He is no longer the Jack Bauer we knew. Jack has turned heel. He shall now join the ranks of Stephen Saunders and Tony Almeida.

I don’t think Bauer is going down because SHIN EVIL TONY hasn’t shown up in the season and he would make the perfect rival for the 24 movie that’s planned.
Still, if Bauer did off himself it would be epic.
I disagree, he was going to keep his word, but she basically spit in his face and rescinded his offer by setting him up once again- which was COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY. To top it off, Jack didn’t know whether Cole was truly alive or dead, making his decision even more warranted.
He also played ball with Nina too, but she basically did the same thing.
Dana broke the bond, not the other way around.
I’m so glad that Jack finally offed that wack ass Jenny.

Only thing that was out of character for Jack was pointing the gun at Cole, damn near ready to shoot. He’s definitely on edge but I don’t get this ‘dark Jack’ crap. It’s been the same since S1-- if you’re responsible for killing Jack’s friends/family he’ll unload clips in your face, armed or unarmed.
Hassan’s wife is off the goddamn charts…looking better than ever lately. It’s like that black shawl or whatever it is she’s wearing now only adds to her sexual powerlevel. Please be my “Baroness”, Ms. Hassan. I want to unleash Bedlam in the Bedroom? (live PPV event!) on that little ass.

Usually there would be a couple hours midway through a season that’s pretty dull but every episode since the EMP has been good.
