OFFICIAL 24 Season 7 Thread: Dead Or Alive?

i’m glad that the cannon is back. i hope mrs cannon returns too

I can do without Karen Hayes. She was as charasmatic as a toaster oven. Buchanon is more gangsta without her.

I wouldnt mind Tom Lennox showing up half way through and verbally bitch slapping the hell out of Mr. Foreman from that 70s show.

Does anyone else think that the trailer for this season captures the essence of the Die Hard movies? Namely cyber terrorism(Die Hard 4) and airplanes crashing (Die Hard 2).

Yeah, but I thought 24 was on that road for a long time.

Both McLane and Bauer have had their skirmishes with Zee Germans.

Both have been up against corrupt U.S. marines. Both of them have been on wild goose chases to stop acts of terrorism.

They are essentially the same story, except two different types of action heroes. The cyberterrorism thing has been coming for a while. 24 has used just about every terrorist thread they can use and as S6 showed proved, nukes just get boring after a while.

Thanks for “spoiling” the end of S7, ass.

lol j/k :wgrin:

…or am I?

/Marwan XCOPY smirk

The only reason why the nuke crap got boring last season was because there was no real sense of mass panic after Episode 5.

-Morris going to the liquor store and the line is moving normally

-People playing tennis at Martha’s Maniac Mansion?

-Traffic at 12 or 1AM (Doyle looking for Jack)

-Fayed: “I HOPE UR FRIEND IS DEAD LOLZ” etc.

Just imagine throughout the course of the day where pedestrians would be running about like lemmings, interfering with CTU and Jack’s mission to find Fayed/Grendenko/etc.

It would be like State Of Emergency except without the suckitude.

And PSYCHO BAUER as C.J…

FUCKING WOW! :amazed:

Happy Halloween, everyone.

^ At least this is Prison Break’s last season.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=vASRVHmwdbE <— This is awesome.

Apparently the season premiere has been delayed indefinetly. NOOOOOO

What fucking bullshit… and Jack’s jailtime will screw things up even more. S7 might not even happen in 2008.

The best part of 24 is the show airing during the 1st half of the year… especially when it’s Winter and there’s not really anything exciting to do or watch. So much for that.

I’ve always been against this strike btw.

Source?

Yeah. The whole point of it airing in January was so that it can go non-stop. No breaks for holidays or American Idol or anything like that.

Dammit! This strike is killing what little interest I had in TV. runs into christmas tree

so it’s cancelled for the year now rfaefsdgdfghdfgbsdfdaf

I blame terrorists.

DAMN YOU ACHMED.

Noooooooo!

America lost?!

And just like a Metal Gear game, this season’s been delayed indefinitely.

I kinda hoped that this happened last season, so we would’ve had Escape From China?, but fuck. But, I felt that after the bastardization that was S6, the show NEEDED a year+ off, ala miscellaneous HBO dramas, so that they can get fresh.

Now, it’s the ultimate cocktease with Tony’s revival delayed another year or so. So close, yet so far away…

Oh well. I still got my Boondocks I guess. 15 more episodes to go…

EDIT: ROFL

“But that’s impossible- we have Windows 3.1!”

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Hey…I don’t know how long this is gonna last, but Amazon has the first five seasons of 24 for only $20 each!

Unfortunately, except for S5, it isn’t for the slim pack editions (besides space benefits, the S1 slimpack DVD is remastered in better quality)

So…who’s been twiddling with their thumbs and cutting them off with a hacksaw thinking about what could’ve been without this damn writer’s strike!!!

Who’s up for some 24 in 2008? 2-hour Fall prequel

It could at least let us know if S6 was a fluke, or if the series dropped off in quality/creativity for good…

PS. I’d love to have that picture in the article as a DVD cover…

I’m still stoked, luckily we’ve had very good series in the interim, Prisonbreak and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles to tide me over.
