Agent Red needs to level up for another week before jumping into the action. She needs to build her Psycho-Groove meter up a lot more if she wants to come alive from this S-Class mission. Bauer’s revenge meter is on unlimited right now. Can’t wait for the next episode.

I like how the writers set it up so Senator Mayer is directly responsible for screwing any chance to save the WH from Candyman Guevara. Can we call him Dumbass from here on out, for irony points? I’m guessing he’ll get f’n shot before the end of the season.
What political climate is it like in 24 land. where every vice-president can’t wait for the chance to stab his running mate’s back and overtake the highest office? Logan was the only one who bucked the trend… except he plotted to destroy the country. The next presidential candidate should run on a platform of not picking running mates from a police suspect lineup.
That’s actually what my cousin refers to him as, but he’s watched a lot of Robocop in his life. While I wasn’t a huge fan of them invading the white house, it was tense as hell.
Wow! Who ever would have thought that the White House could be taken over by a bunch of african soldiers! Of course, they needed help from an american source. And to top it all off, Jack is somewhat totally helpless.
But I believe that Jack would not have opened the lockdown door, unless he had a plan up his sleeve.

I can’t remember which line it was… I don’t think it was Jack’s “You sir are weak” line, but something the Prez said to Boddicker that made me utter out loud, “OH SNAP!”
And yeah, Boddicker was shown in the trailer for this season. When I saw him, I got all happy. He almost completes the holy order of Robocop showing up on 24. The ONLY person really left (outside of Ronny Cox, who is probably too old now) is Miguel Ferrer. Once he shows up, the cycle is complete. And maybe Nancy Allen. We’ll need her as well. But think of it…
Robocop was already in it. Now Boddicker is in it. And if you look them up in IMDB, every member of Clarence’s team has been in the show already. Ray Wise (the guy who drops all the junk onto Robocop at the end and gets annihilated by Nancy Allen) was Logan’s VP. The guy who got toxic wasted played Bauer’s brother. And the laughing African American guy from Robocop apparently was in Season 1 or 2 (I forgot) as some random guy. Somehow 24 and Robocop are linked, and it’s appropriate, since Robocop is one of the most badass movies ever. If Jack Bauer ever died, he will return as Robocop, I’m telling you.
Also, it was funny, as soon as I saw the random chick who was helping the Prez write her speech, I knew she was dead. And sure enough, bang, gone. Not nice.
And how about the show continually faking us out with killing old cast members? I thought Bill was dead for sure, and they take him as hostage. Then the Prez’s daughter comes out the door, and Pierce is lying there in a heap… DEAD! No wait, he got up and walked with the terrorists. Man. It’s like now the writers are making fun of us because we all expect old members to die from previous seasons. The thing that scares me is that… it’s a criticism that the writers have acknowledged, which means they are probably less likely to take out original members. BUT, that means with all these fake outs, they can actually set up a MEANINGFUL take out of an original cast member. So I have a feeling someone is getting it, and by the looks of it, I can’t imagine we won’t finally see the REAL end of Tony. I mean, where can that character go after this season? With all the evil he has caused, I can’t imagine anything but an authentic martyr death this season.
24 has used at least 3 guys now from Robocop… ROBOCOP, BODDICKER, and in Season 5, President Logan’s VP was LEON from Robocop lol. I believe there may actually be even more guys from Robocop that’s been on the show…
