I just watched it at work. I couldn’t watch it with any sound, but fuck that - I’m hyped now. Can’t wait for January.

The FBI angle should make things a little more realistic and grounded this season… they can’t get away with fantasy protocol and ROE like they did for CTU. I’m expecting this season to act like The Unit this time (exaggerated action with authenticity thrown in)…
What’s 24’s connection with Robocop? Papa Foreman’s the 4th Robocop alum that’s been on the show so far…
Anyway, great trailer although not as gripping as past promo trailers (not like they’re indicative of what to expect-- Season 6’s trailer was AMAZING for example, so yeah)… if it’s a quality season I can forget about how much this series has lost its way.
EDIT: Hopefully I can get my hands on next season’s episodes in time, before YellowS4 spoils it all for me.

I’m glad Jack Bauer is in the front of national headlines, even it’s as a morally reprehensible agent. Dude saved the world so many times he at least needs the world to know his name.
If Bauer ends up having some Justin Long-like sidekick a la Live Free…
maybe I won’t watch it, even with the thought that Tony is still a good guy colluding with the evil motherfuckers.
Tony is just like Stephen Saunders now, except we know a lot about Tony, his pains, his connection to Jack, and everything he has lost: freedom (for a while), Michelle, and almost his life, all of which can be blamed on the government he and Jack saved so many times. So it’ll be interesting to see how they can remix that. I just hope that Jack putting a bullet into Tony’s temple doesn’t result in the writers saying to us fans “See? He got his silent clock now.” That would be ghey.
Although, they COULD have Jack team up with Tony since they both pretty much served the government and got betrayed by the government like brothers in arms, so who knows. And next year is the final year on Keifer’s contract, so yeah keep that in mind. But alas, you got the movie too blergh…
In his revived state, I hope Tony lives to see the END of this day and/or next season, because in typical 24 fashion, showing the first villain of the season tends to becomes irrelevant mid-season…
