I feel the Bauer running through me like the old times, it’s been way too long. In retrospect the ungodly amount of months it’s been since season 6 (regardless of your thoughts on it) has almost made 24 feel fresh. I can’t wait for tomorrows eps.

Some thoughts on tonight’s premier.
I get the feeling that Tony isn’t as evil as he appears. His body count is pretty limited so far and one of his peeps did mention how “far” he was taking the whole thing. Still, I haven’t respected Tony this much in the way he handled himself since he got shot in the neck.
The First Gentleman(?) looked like he was about to throw a bitch off the roof before the SS stepped in. I hope he survives the first 8 hours, I still foundly remember him from the Storm of the Century TV mini series
I am pumped for when Candyman (Jumo) himself jumps onto the screen, his second gets props for surviving but Candyman appearing in the US means that it will be on like Donkey Kong.
I also noticed there is no sign of little kids or annoying younger trouble prone sidekicks. Its looking like a fine season already.
Not one kill by Bauer’s hands :sad: Bauer’s sense still strong though… picking out the fake FBI dude cleanly. And I wanted to see Bauer operate with the pen.
Am I the only one that hoped, while seeing the credits, that Methos(Peter Wingfield) would behead some dude? Guess it technically isn’t too late. Maybe Jack will end up decapitating him instead.
