Just found out Cherry Jones won an Emmy for her role as President Taylor (Best Supporting Actress).

Even though I didn’t watch any of the other shows, really, she was good? Granted, I can’t think of a good supporting actress on 24 outside of Martha Logan (who should have won) besides legends Nina and Sherry, but I personally think the voters saw the episode where Juma bitchslapped the Heath Ledger offa her face and issued sympathy from that point on…

I love how The Jack Bauer Power Hour season previews always only show what’s going to happen in the first few hours. By the time the sun sets the story’s completely different with new villains and threats to national security.

Going by the less than 20 frames I saw of Scarlett I think she’s going to be in Dark Phoenix mode, possessing her own Psycho Powers, for the entire season. No sympathy for anyone or hesitation to kill AKA she’s leveled up from Bauer Apprentice to Sith Lord.

I hope Tony comes back this season. It’s a waste to just have his character sit in prison. Maybe bring him back a la Nina Meyers in S3.

What is completely unrealistic is that brain cells can never repair, so there should be some residual damage.

I’m sure at the end of the day, we all know that The Patriots are behind it all. (maybe some ONE BILLION CHINESE on the side…)

I know the Bauer lineage is powerful, but Big Boss Bauer was more like the relentless corporate tycoon version, while Jack is more like the relentless terrorist hunter.
