I can see Wrights being used at tournies, but he’s going to require patience, like don’t just look for evidence. Also Maya is godlike, I feel like she’s the best move in the game, the only things that stop her are, viper and x23 and franks invincible hypers. Also what I like to do Is really good is, use she hulks anti air hyper then dhc to Maya smelting using she hulks invincible frames for Maya, makes punishes and happy bdays, and let you call she hulks assist to extend combos after the punish. Also I’m finding Maya shield the be Wrights worst move besides his normals, too much start up, and a lot of characters get around it. I’d rather just called Maya Maya m, h, also what I noticed is when in trial mode with evidence use the papers first, to increase your projectile durability for the evidence
Really? Canceling Papers into Evidence increases it’s durability? Huh.
The trick to using Maya:l: is to use good cover assists with her.
Maya is among the best DHCs, makes almost everything safe, time for evidence, all that good stuff.
I regret putting this, but Wright can be grabbed off a Maya dhc, it’s been done to me a lot. Also I like to order in the court then wait a bit so Wright travels then dhc to she hulks anti air hyper, it’s pretty good.

You can make :l:-“M-Maya!?” safe using a plink, it works for me almost all the time, right after I’m done with the :l: Investigate I call an assist before blocking.
If you call Maya zero can just go right in front of yu and launch, magneto can tri dash over it, she hulk get wet when she sees Maya shield, it’s good yea if it’s covered with an assist, but I see a lot of people rely, what I started doing is is just throwing things at ppl with Wright, against keep aways yea the shield I’s good like morrigan against igan and Hawkeye, dormammu hates Maya h haha, I’d which mode to use against zero, you don’t have time to call Maya or change stances against him, best bet i think is block his stupid ambiguous mix ups and when he’s away call Maya, but get combo and confirmed off a full screen buster if it’s charged.
And you can just be regular grabbed off dhcing to Maya smelting. I think probably only under certain circumstances Like if your really close,
Also what I’ve been doing when a character i have kills an opponent, I switch to Wright, plink Maya l, switch to another character. Pretty useful, especially with grapplers.
Can Order in the Court beat Doom+Ammy THC? What about Maya Smelting?
If all else fails, chuck Maya. Beats people running up to grab you if you do it fast enough, and if they teleport, it’ll turn into OitC if you’re in Trial mode. If not, DHC if you have meter.
Elements isn’t a true blockstring so you should have time to gavel. Keep in mind you won’t be able to hit amy if she’s too far away and if doom blocks the gavel then it’s a free combo for him.
Smelting might get stuffed on the startup. Depends when you activate it during elements
On reaction to the THC, as in, you do the input as you see the THC flash. Then again, I suppose if you’re in the air when you block, then doing it in the middle of Elements might be neccesary.
I am firmly convinced you should not jump with Wright to get in, especially in Investigation or Trial mode. He just has no good air options. You can’t reaction OitC or Maya, you can’t call Maya, you can’t chuck Papers. About the only thing you can do is in Turnabout Mode, and that’s j.:h:.
Speaking of which, how do you get in with Wright, in all three modes?

Also to get in with Wright, it’s pretty hard in his first two modes, he needs evidence and an assist to get in, call any Maya and try to approach, just be careful using her in front of opponent, they can just jump over Maya m and h.
With Doom out there? I don’t think so. That said, I suppose you could grab Ammy or Vergil or Wesker if you do it properly if it’s a solo hyper.
Also for the gay thc doomammy, you can react with Maya smelting or order in the court, but I don’t recommend the mallet cuz doom might have enough time to otg, but smelting should work also Maya m and h too. Just keep chicken blocking and pray to not get grabbed. It’s just a stupid thing in marvel you have to play around like many other things, it’s more effective in the corner

Yeah I guess you can do that, . Idk if it has too much start up though, the finger. You might just get hit, but with Maya even if you get hit she’ll keep going through that dumb thc
