Gameware update:
Weāve had the GGXX #Reload board for a couple days now, but the way itās mounted right now is WAY too huge to fit into the Megalo 41" cab. Our old arcade tech should be coming in tomorrow to help us make it fit in there if possible. Weāre going to have to move the cabās current wiring around and shift the whole Naomi 2 setup around on the plywood, drill new wholes and stack a few things. After we saw off about 5" from the mounting board, it MIGHT fit.
The P360s we ordered arenāt compatible with the Megaloās wiring, and since they were on backorder anyway I cancelled the order and got brand new Competition sticks coming on the way. Tuesday I put in new start buttons and changed the layout to the proper 5-button GGXX setup. Once we get the board crammed in there, the hardest part will be getting the buttons wired up.
BUT, until then you guys should all check out our brand new Guitar Freaks 8th Mix machine, probably the most fun Iāve had in an arcade in years.
ok i found out why i lost to lee in marvel on sunday.
today i had to go to the doctor becuase my forearm hasnt heeled yet in what, almost 2 weeks now. i have a badly pulled muscle in my left forearm and the doc said EXACTLY āany activities you normally do with your left arm should have been less than normal, is that right bryand?ā i said, now that i think about it, yes. i got hurt last monday while curling some weights and i thought nothing of it, struggled thru the pain and everything. now the doctor has me on muscle relaxers which are helping SOOOOOO much.
so lee, my left forearm was only about 60% when u beat me, when i recover (which should be by sunday if i keep takin these pills) i will return back to āIownleemodeā
