Yoh Yoh…I went to Hiroshima with Peter yesterday. We were there all day (from like 10 am-11-pm lol). It took like 45 minutes to get there on train…not bad. I went to the SEGA arcade, it’s 4 floors, and I went to another one, that is 6 floors.:eek: I’ve been to four arcades that own so far!

Ok, forget what that faggot said about Rumble Fish (in the thread he made). After playing for 2 days straight, I can tell you the game is tight. We’ve been playing like crazy. Cool ass characters, crazy combos, nice game system, JUGGLES(!). I play with Typhon, the bastard child. He’s very annoying, and he’s gotta be top tier, I found out a loop combo with him, I’m working on it, can get 4-5 reps on some characters. It just came out here on the 23rd of March, so the Japanese are playing it alot. Hopefully it goes to the states so I can go back and win Evolution.

Other than that, there has been alot of VF4:Evo, SFII:AE, and #R comp. I’m playing hardcore ST Vega, and #R Bridget. Isuka is getting no respect from the Japanese. Can’t blame them, the more I play it the more I hate it. I’m done with that game. Like I said, it’s probably fun when there are 4 people playing, but the problem is, you can’t pay 4 people to play it.

btw ricky… whats the new top tier in #reload? the same still?.. and in the Rumble Fish… i saw some vids and it looked pretty cool but i was wonderin does the game have any relation to any other games in the gameplay and how does the juggle system work… the people on the vids werent doing much more than like 5 or 6 hit combos so i guess they were scrubs and/or the game just came out. one more thing… that purple bar looking thing that robo-ky drops on the ground… what the hell is that?! ive been trying to figure out what it is because in vids robo-ky players drop it like every 2 secs and it seems to not do anything.

Stone, oh I see. I’m most likely only going to be using Bridget. The competition in my area seems to be very random. Yesterday, there were a bunch of ridiculous VF4:Evo players. They had my head spinning. There were also lots of KOF2K3 players there. That game makes me vomit

Solaris, I don’t know about tier changes in #R. I doubt it but if you’ve ever seen or played “Martial Masters”, Rumble Fish reminds me of that big time. Other than that, it’s pretty different. The players you saw in those vids must have been scrubs because there are some some combos in that game. Most involve good ground combos into a knock up then juggles, or combo in super then juggle. As I said, I pretty much found an infinite with Typhon. I know there has to be others. Also when you hit both strong attacks, which requires half meter, and you land the attack, it starts this weird combo sequence, you can even combo into that. So it’s a cool combo system. Lastly, about that Robo-Ky thing, I believe it’s his Dust launcher.

Sol has to work for his fucking dust loops, and can’t do as much free damage as he used to, so he should be hovering in the middle tier. The few tools he gets is pretty damn good though. Beast of Fire wrote something about a few things in #Reload that was pretty interesting about Sol and a few other people.

I don’t feel like arguing #Reload tiers all the way till all of us play #Reload hardcore. I’m thinking about getting something so I can play it on my PS2, like this, which is apparently pretty reliable. (Fuck getting an X-box for it.) After that, it’s just whoring the game from Duane. :lol:
Also, Johnny is NOT top tier. His damage getting toned down is pretty damn hurting his old game, making him actually work. :o I’m trying to remember his changes…
Ensenga moves a bit differently, recovers in the air slightly more. Fucks up most of his easy one-hit ensenga setups.
Jumping kick and slash have more damage scaling, so throw into the easy-mode air combo doesn’t do much damage.
cr. slash to standing HS doesn’t chain anymore.
Mist finer damage toned down.
less invincibility in his forward+punch
cr. slash is a low hit.
and the mist dash, which is like Slayer’s dash, but less. Not too useful.
I think that’s all his changes, although I’ve probably missed a bit.
And his lvl 1 punch mist finer has always been that fast. It’s not like you’ll use it that much, I think that player just wanted to psyche the other guy out. btw, those combos you thought were new should be in XX. It was introduced around then.
