I forget exactly what came with it, but you can plug a DC RCA Video cord directly into it, then plug your sound cables into something similar to this but with female instead of male rca adapters, then that goes into your sound card. I attached a pic of what mine looks like now. The cord with the red stripe shopped on it is a headphone>headphone cord that’s going from sound out on the tv card, to sound in on the sound card. If you used rca I’m positive the sound would be 2x as good and the video would be better too I’m sure. I think mine’s so crappy because I have a ton of stuff going through my vcr(cable, satellite, xbox, ps2 until I getmy new tv.)

we were planning to sit down with them this weekend and set them up on apex and figure out something. i was pretty sure dawan was the one in charge of getting tournaments together but i guess i was wrong :.
anyways, i ordered the tv card and i’m already able to record matches with an old vcr, it works ok, we’ll just have to assign some monkey to press the record button when the matches begin/finish.
Yeah, Dawan’s supposed to be in charge, but he’s been busy with school. I guess I’ll handle things like that for now.
I haven’t gotten the notification for the APEX setup yet. I just found out that it’s Mr. Wizard instead of Javi that handles the APEX stuff now, so just send it to mrwizard@shoryuken.com for the people who are trying to sign up for it.
