any suggestion appreciated.
looking for any other Bison show up at CEO.
Just my thought:
if your ST.RH is best range for anti air, and cr.Fierce/ jump back Fierce is closest you want to land an anti air, the range for jump MP x2 is between both.
if you think your RH will whiff because the hitbox but you also feel that your cr.fierce is gonna whiff too, jump MP xx will cover both of them.
some character on mid range you can tag them by doing dash j.mp x2, if they have high jump sure, like chun li who is neutral jump RH happy, you can tag it
BEFORE her moves come out, normally they do it pretty late.
or don’t even bother with jump mp ultra, UC1 is very good against people jump in anyway, use it as gdlk anti air, unless they have tasu they might escape, if you tag them early and they got dive kick, since UC1 have so long start up, it snag them back down even if they do a dive kick (cammy, seth, rufus etc)
some range, if they jump, regardless they got dive kick or not, they will get hit, dive kick in gets full damage, but if no there is 1 hit missing.
unless they have Ultra on air, but I don’t see many Viper using that as match up choice…
that is a good SIM I think you should’ve kept the pressure going in game 2 round 1 instead of jumping back, once you get SIM on knockdown try to jump and see what he does, look out for his teleports and OS with a slide
Is this vs gamewizard aka jimmy kisaku? Just have to keep him in the corner bro. You have to be patient and use the clock. Footsie in the vs is key and corner lockdown is your greatest strength.
BTW is not jimmy, this happen in Civilwar4, super hype tourney, P$ you got to go watch west vs krone, that is crazy hype.
This is one of best Sim in the US, I like his style a lot.
we end up in same pool, 1st game I beat a makoto then I lose to a sakura, then I play him, and lose and out of game.
I make sure I go civil war next year because I can’t miss the hype, it worth every single penny and play top player blow up my mind.
and P$ where da hell r u now? I have not see you forever, you going any major this year?? I don’t even see u at pour house lol
talking about the pour house did you pay the tab you owe???
I did

I wonder why AOI momo did so many cross up moves, such as head stomp, empty devil, how safe is those? isn’t he worry about eating wake up auto correct head butt?? I normally play Honda super lame, I only know if you do the Head Stomp off throw and if you do it right after you crouching the stomp might be cross up…
btw if you see that last input around 1:50, is frame trap mk and lk scissor kick…
Is MOMO just an online warrior? Yeah he does take some risk… is Japans netcode really god like or something? At first I thought Issy was too until I saw him play offline with gamerbee
That cross up with tick throw against Ryu I was talking about he was able to confirm cr jab followed by 3 cr. shorts. So the crouch tech does leave you more exposed to combos?
Unfortunately my capture equipment is bad at picking up audio so I just chose some random track for these vids.
Yeah playing lame against Honda is the way to go especially if he has EX bars! Those headbutts…
Issy is pro I think, I was at MSN TWfighter chat room most of time , apparently he have few student that he teach them few tricks, and I learn from his students.
some of their set up are tricky, and I feel he is not far from those Japanese Bison, one thing is scary on him is his frame trap are not get reversal often, he used to bait DP and you will found his video people don’t reversal his frame trap much, that is one of his ability to know you not gonna reversal him like no tomorrow…
online is online, offline is offline…and Arcade is Arcade, offline if people still using mapping or micro that is different story.
I think there will be people just don’t feel comfortable play game in tourney, so they make sure online is all they do…
depend on your point of view, I say if is not lag that 1:50 frame trap MK will come out and he will get beat.
who knows, and that Honda is pretty questionable too, why only light punch and fierce? he don’t do piano?
I think because they in Japan don’t mean they really play Arcade, if momo name is in Arcade then he convince me 100%, other wise is not worth to see how his set up works, chose the one that works for you. I tend to learn from easier set up and not as tricky now, before I will dwell into those fancy thing but like Random Ultra or cross up stomp and sht, now just get down to the basic like Ground game? sure, Anti air? sure, escape? no problem…kind of make sense now because the less random and less gimmicky you get, your result will show how you do, random and gimmicky and your tourney result will be random and gimmicky too.
yo kisaku i upload this vid for you so you can understand what i was talking bout on the sim match up.

Not sure if I’ll get a reply or feedback, but I really need some help with Chun. WARNING: wall of text
Overall 5-3 to him. Can’t pretend there wasn’t lag present though, maybe because of the Aus-NZ connection. I’m not sure if Skull was playing rush down, didn’t care or both? Or he might have been trolling. Overall, I went in and pressed buttons when I shouldn’t have and stayed back when I thought I’d baited something. That was the story of the match.
These are the last half of the 8 matches we played.

Match 1
0:35 – Wake up regular hazanshu (This happens many time throughout the set). Never seen this before. Is this normal? Never really expected this from any Chun. Should I have FA in anticipation?
0:40 – Pressed cr.mk too early. Didn’t anticipate wake up EX SBD from a Chun that hastily.
1:21 – Missed crouching shorts after empty jump. Think mistimed from lag.
Match 2
3:30 – I swear I blocked the hazanshu in my head. I think lag threw my timing off.
4:20 – Dashed in after PC knockdown for a potential frame trap situation. Unfortunately got hit by wake up hazanshu again. Arghhh.
4:32 – Hazanshu FADC is so quick I couldn’t see the “yellow flash” to indicate the cancel.
4:58 – Not sure why he was holding forward at the end of that round.
5:18 – Fell for EX SBD again. I am an idiot.
5:30 – No idea how EX scissors came out. This happens a 2nd time at 5:40. Might be an input error. A head stomp would have obviously stopped her from jumping out at that point. Chun was really jump happy the whole set. I think I realise this too late.
Match 3
6:59 – Empty devil’s reverse. No crouching short came out unfortunately. Think lag threw off my timing again.
7:22 – Hazanshu on hit is supposed to easily hit confirm into super for Chun. Lag obviously threw off her timing. I feel sorry for her, but punish her anyway.
8:30 – Again, I swear I blocked the overhead in my mind but mistimed my blocking. I crack and mash backdash and eat the full punish. Damn I hate lag.
Match 4
11:37 – Not sure why she tried to do a reversal super against light scissors. Nothing else to say that hasn’t already been mentioned. Missed combos = lag, running into wake up EX moves etc.
0:35) If it’s reversal then no. Like Honda’s butt slam you’ll get armour broken.
Chun wins this 6-4 because she has better air priority, AAs, normals and comeback potential. Also her cr.lk is sick for nullifying Bison frametraps (Bisons is too, except hers is chainable and leads to U2 with 1 stock). You need to outfootsie her, get a life lead and then sit on it. She can’t jump at you because it’s a free AA because of her floaty jump. If you can’t react with focus to punish HSUs use EX PC or something.
When she has no meter get in that ass. Preferably in the corner. When she has meter do the correct safe-jumps to make EX SBK whiff so you get a free punish. These are pretty easy to do midscreen. Don’t get too focus dash happy if the chun is good. She’ll just buffer her normals into legs and you’ll get hurt.
