October 21st is the last day to book rooms at the group rate price in the block that will ensure you’re close to other players.

Unfortunately there’s only two days for pool play and finals, with the amount of people that are coming we would have to tack on another day just for teams.
Next year I think this may be a 3 day adventure.
As for two CDN Teams, we’ll be doing a qualifier for our 5 on 5 for one Team Canada. I think giving Europe spots for more teams is fair since the ARE a continent and all.
Anyone wanna run the Team EC canada vs WC Canada for monies? =D

So can Someone explain how the qualifier is gonna work out? cause I dont want top west coast canada players knocking eachother out just as much as east coast doesnt wanna play eachother for the spot… like no bias but i mean for example
will the canadian team be a mix of west coast and east coast? so like the best east coast players have to play for the spot? or is it possible that
team canada can consist of 3 west and 2 east or 4 east and 1 west or blah blah blah numbers?

Blitzman are you actually concerned about not making team Canada, its going to be like Jozhear/Riceata and whoever shows up from East coast. Air can go on team Japan since he doesn’t consider himself Canadian anyways.
I really do not care if im chosen to be on team canada or not… it would be an honor but if someone else deserves to do so then thats how it should be.

There’s been no perfect solution to this one yet. Personally I think even though it’s going to take a hell of a long time, round robin is by far the fairest way to settle who the top 5 will be.

Also as far as who will represent for east coast, I agree that a round robin system is the best. If I was to say who I personally think should represent WC, Id go with the BC players and in paritcular guys like air,zenside,mar and JJ. Id personally love the chance to represent WC so hopefully I do good enough and qualify to represent WC. If not then hopefully whoever does get it is good enough to represent well.
