I didnt mind guile that much untill I fought rebello, and sim has always been on my hit list since SF2.
I wouldnt say Im scrubby but I kind of am now…its been like 4 months since ive had a offline match agaisnt a good opponent so I have to get the rust outta my system in the same event with 5+ top players:(

Ninja plz…we all know sim vs fei is heavily in sim’s favor. I mean yeah the match does become in fei’s favor in the corner but that’s true of most characters vs sim, at mid/full screen that match is like 6-4 sim.

I dont see how though, sims normals at max range kill any attempt fei has to get in…like I gotta basically guess my way to breaking in on sim. Granted the match is easy once I get in but damn getting in is the hard part cause of sim’s sick range and cheesy"ill escape my way out of any danger"teleport BS card. I dont buy that match being in fei’s favor or even a"5-5"match for him.
The match is in Fei’s favor. He has all the tools he needs to get in and stay in.
Disagree, sim has good tools to kep fei out. Fei doesnt have a instanty way to get in, he still has to work to do it and agaisnt a good sim it can be very difficult.
You have to play more lame and look for your openings. Sim wins by making the opponent lose patience and rush in too hard. Sim also cannot throw a yoga fire anywhere near ex chicken wing range or you get in free.
The match is Fei’s favor even if you are not good at the matchup.

If a Fei player doesn’t know how to get in on Sim he can get shut out pretty hard. There’s a lot of escape routes Sim can take on Fei but a good Fei player won’t ever make those an option - e.g. empty CW’s without a yoga fire on the screen are a free escape.

The match (Sim vs Fei) is in Fei’s favor even if you (Ric) are not good at the matchup.
That means that just because Ric is bad at the match doesn’t mean it’s a bad matchup.
FChamp almost gave up playing Fuudo in the Redemption suite at Evo in the US vs Japan 5 on 5. Mago badly beat Mochi in one of the later Godsgarden online things (10-2? 10-3?). The best Feis are handily beating the best Dhalsims, there’s really no two ways about it. Anyway, matchup talk really doesn’t belong in this thread.
It’s really hard to believe all these people are coming to CC2011. There’s, like, 20 international killers vying for top 8. I don’t foresee any Canadian getting close, though I do hope somebody proves me wrong!
Is there any word on the money match suite situation? Like, will there be MMs the night before the tournament starts, the night of the first day, and so on? Where will it be held and how can we get in to see the action?
