do the pro/pro-am passes also include the same things as a spectator pass?

Yes of course we will have side tourneys!

Pro players will not be allowed to compete in the pro-am tournament, the pro amateur tournament is geared towards more casual players that are just getting into the scene or that play the game for fun at home on occasion! The Pro tournament is geared towards the likes of you hardcore SRK players! =) And yes if u register for the tournament you will get the privileges that a spectator pass gets and more!

Thanks for the quick reply. So, how would it work? I would like to throw an Super Turbo tourney. Do I (or anyone else that is just there for the ST tourney) have to register? If so, how much is it?

Well, I just booked my flight. Hope being at Revelations 2012 kicks half as much ass as watching Revelations 2011 last year! :smiley:

Since there’s a spectator pass option, my guess is everyone who wants to enter a ST (or any) side tourney needs: Pro pass, Pro-Am pass, or Spectator pass. But I’m not 100% on that, that’s just my assumption.

Registration has been promptly fixed and is up and running! Big thanks to Lvangundy for his help with pointing out this problem.

If you only wish to compete in a side tourney then you only have to purchase a spectator pass and the side tourney will be run in the casuals lounge or the BYOC area (casual lounge and BYOC area are two separate areas btw). Also all spectator passes come with a free raffle ticket with a chance to win an ipad, xbox, or ps3 among other great prizes!

I just looked at the prize break down. Well you know how in the top 8, you normally have two guys tie for 5th and 7th place? Well if 5th place gets more than 6th, does that mean the two guys eliminated from the tournament at that point will play an extra 2/3 set for 5th place?

Any hotel info? Everything around the venue seems to be 340-400 a night.

I just finished my reg. This event is going to be awesome, the venue is very spacious and it has A/C and there is a food court on the same level. I suggest if you live anywhere near Cali or not that you come out so you can donate your money to me. lol Cause I’m coming in 1st. UMvC3 IGT

Don’t mean to Impose, but a few of the Utah guys are probly coming out and are looking for housing beforehand. If anyone has any room to house Juptile, Lil’ Mario, Myself and 1 other just PM me. We’d really appreciate the gesture if someone would do such a thing and if paying was a factor then get ahold of me and we’ll talk reasonable rates :smiley:
