Well I’m one of the few competitive players for those games, so if you let me commentate, I’ll be informed, guaranteed.
In fact, here’s a post I made on the youmacon forums regarding the naruto games
"I am a competitive player for the Gekitou Ninja Taisen / Clash of Ninja series of games, and I’ve got a few recommendations regarding which game you should have for the Naruto tournament.
Keep in mind all of the following games require players to unlock characters for the system.
Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 is by far the most solid fighter, but the problem is that it’s like MVC2 in that you need to pick the top 5 characters or you won’t win the tournament.
Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 has the most tournament viable characters, but the sidesteps, back turn throws, and really strong back B attacks cause a HUGE learning curve.
Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations is the best of the games that aren’t GNT/CoN, and it’s fastest to unlock all the characters (just beat all the story modes), is easiest to pick up and play, but high level play revolves around extreme defense and runaway. If you hold a tournament for this game, there will be lots of time overs.
I hope you do your due research on these games and choose the game that’s right for your schedule!"

Worrrd. I remember when my (now former) band were guests at Youmacon for several years. It was always a blast, and the convention staff were always very accommodating. It looks like this could be a great tournament.
Please add Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus ®! It should be out on PSN and XBL by then.

This is getting better and better! Any word on what kind of monitors will be used? Last year there were a few ASUS monitors but the rest weren’t so hot. Also, what will the Youmacon Battle Opera badge give you access to exactly? I heard the game room might be over at Cobo Hall instead of the RenCen this year, so I’m curious if that’ll be separate from the YBA event or what.
BTW… SFxT is a main event and Persona isn’t? At an anime con? C’mon man. lol
Focus Fire will be providing the equiment for Youmacon Battle Opera. So they use nothing but Asus!
