Now, if you hadn’t showered in over a day then that’s a problem yes, but showered that morning, work and then come home, it shouldn’t be all disgustingly rank (not even a really hard day’s work). Mechanica: A similar thing happened to me. The guy that outed me in high school was close friends with someone everyone used to refer to as the “jesus-kid,” who was at the time a friend of mine.once he got word, he actually pulled me out of class and gave me a lecture (which quickly became an argument) that lasted somewhere around an hour and a half. Ugh… jesus freaks just piss me off. When I try and tolerate them, I either end up wanting to puke, wanting to go to sleep and forget I ever had the conversation, or just plain slit their throats. What annoys me the most is that once a person accepts religion, they tend to close their minds to all beliefs not supported by their religion. e.g.) If they joined a Lutheran church, they would disagree with a Mormon on many things dealing with prayer and relationships, etc. and ARGUE TO THE END over them. Religion takes in the uncertain and makes them stand firm in their beliefs (the religion’s). It aggravates the hell out of me. Especially the catholics. Oh, nah there isn’t really a point through going through this again, but I think it is mostly because I’ve been reported, though when I am it seems like only I get recognized for an offense. Azagoth, really, religious arguments are as good as it get’s for morality. Otherwise my last argument in the other thread wasn’t necessarily religious at all. Really I’m kind of just defending and explaining things more than anything, seems a lot of people here do not understand the reasons behind a lot of these religious arguments and simply shrug them off and then claim theists are clsoe minded.
GTC, I’m not really ‘pissed’ at anyone, but I’ve always argued subjective morality is entirely pointless, so subjective positions on whether you yourself are a bad guy don’t really mean anything simply coming from either of us, but since it goes religious I can’t afford to be reported again. Honestly, I am not thinking I am smarter than anyone else when I argue for religious discussion, it’s a must in explaining opinions or positions on a lot of things.

Morality can exist without faith in a higher power (Buddhism is a good example, there’s a teacher, but no God) and morality is also not universally bound to a single doctrine.
Forgive me for any disrespect I may have shown; I have a predisposition of disdain towards Christianity and some of it’s followers, and it’s not hard to see why. Believe what you want, and I’ll do the same, but when you come here purely to tell us we’re all unjust as many before you have (which, btw, is ever so slightly disrespectful; why should we have to justify our existence to you?), you can’t expect us to not react this way.
