I’m not doing nyc pride this year. I dont’ typically go … accept maybe to the bar after to get some drinks … but not really the parade… for me… it’s just lame to ‘parade’ yourself for other persons speculation in general. I mean not just gays… i mean all parades… accept like the ones that show off cool art work and balloons. those are like “Oooh wow that’s neat look at the size of garfield… must’ve took for ever to make that float there”
Watching other humans parade themselves down an avenue just doesn’t illicit the same emotion from me typically. I do however understand pride and it’s importance to the community in theory anyways.
Besides last year there was a fire at the festival after pride and there were 2 killings.

For the record… Nothing you all are attempting to poke fun at would be magic, nor necessarily impossible.
The impossible is impossible otherwise … (wait for it)… it’s NOT impossible. What you all are talking about are things you simply believe to be impossible. If what you believe to be impossible actually happens that means your previously held belief was wrong and that it wasn’t actually impossible. Consider at one point someone thought it impossible that Man would ever walk on the Moon. Clearly they were wrong and no “Magic” happened to make us be able to do that.
As for Magic. Realistically speaking that is much too abstract a term to really ever use with any level of logic or rationality. Magic is a term we’ve attached to anything we can’t readily explain that forces what we believe to be impossible to actually be possible.

Who do you use now? I mostly use Rogue/Storm Cap or Tron. The only time I deviate is to use Storm/Strider/Doom or Megaman/Cable Tron or Doom or (extremely rarely) Mag/Storm/Cyke.
I’m still pretty bad with the god tier except for Storm.

Aside from KoF, I’ve never been good at 2D fighters. MvC2 I can’t stand and 3S I suck at. Owell…
3s feels weird to me, I don’t know why. CVS2 and A3 I’m more comfortable with, though I’m not that good at them. I do love Super Turbo though, but no one here plays it.

I’m one of the few people that prefers CvS1 as opposed to part 2. Granted, it was a bit stiff and pretty hard (lol) but I liked the whole feel of it (lmao).
Alpha 3 will never get boring with me. I suck at it but it’s just too much fun. Cody and Karin…oh and Dee Jay = fun times.
Hell…I’ll play SvC once in a blue moon. Even though that game is shitty. 1 second charge times make for some funny combos for Guile(Fierce, Sonic Boom, Fierce).
