Did they change this? Cuz i remember my launch date dreamcast played MvC2 without any kind of boot.
Why would an unmodded console play a region locked game? The benefit of having a pre-Oct 2000 model is the ability to run ripped games released by scene providers without any issues (don’t have to use special methods to boot). Now if you have a burnt copy of MvC2(J) then you probably burnt it wrong, or it was a really old rip that didn’t have a selfboot layer at the beginning of the disc. In this case use Utopia. If you have the actual MvC2(J) disc, then download an import loader and burn that to a disc. Try to find a self-booting one (.cdi extension for Discjuggler) and lookup an FAQ that tells you how to properly burn selfbooting discs with whatever program you use.
Who wants to make some cizzash modding TWO (count them TWO) PS2-enabled p360 MAS sticks with the two ChIMPSMDs I just got so that they work for my PS3? I have no cables or wires or anything like that beyond what is stock (p360 MAS + chimps) so factor that into the cost. <3

FYI for those looking. Buy.com will have the old EVO monitor for $152.99 starting at 2AM tomorrow morning. After a $20 MIR, you’d pay only $132.99. That’s the second lowest I’ve ever seen. As a Chink–and all the cheapness that comes with it–this gets my approval.
I have the same stuff most folks know about: Cthulhus, Chimps, Imps, AXISdapters, LED controllers, KNserts, PiiWees, FGW Converters for you supergun fans, GT-C circle restrictors. The stuff that some people don’t know much about include the anodized aluminum shaft cover/washer sets, and the Kitty’s. If you have an Xbox360 VLX stick you want dual modded, you should talk to me about a Kitty for it, its pretty sweet.
