Rules:
Single elim
Single match
Character(s) chosen and locked at start.
1$ per entry
A player can register multiple characters.
If the player plays himself, he must choose which character moves forward.
For example, I want to play gief, t.hawk, and blanka. I register those 3 for 3 dollars and all 3 characters are placed in the bracket. The tourney director (me) will keep track of the character locks.
Since there is no HD on Saturday, this should be fun.
