overall for my first NEC it was REALLLY AMAZING to be there, sooo many players, sooo much competition = soooo much fun
got there 12:30 am saturday morning and played 3s till 7am on some japan arcade stuff…slept in the corner for 1 hour and got back up to play more 3s till the end of the night
and as the winning team name says “its DEFINITELY NOT DEAD”!!!

Brackets were made by hand on paper. Assuming that all 4 of us had full brackets of 52 people, that would make it…208. There were 68 teams for the team tournament as well. I have a feeling there were a couple more though. I heard that there was around 650 people in total.
half of the casuals from room 707 include me, ctf guys (adam, ahmed, frankie, daemon,etc), jibbo, cajun strike, joe and others
most of the matches were rly great, from teams to singles to casuals it was all basically the american version of the KOW tournament (King of Wolves: see 3s section for more details if you dont know)
