Maybe so, but I swear there’s nothing new about the game. Everyone knows who’s on top, it will never change cause of skill levels, and it’s old like ST. Arcana is the new CRACK and it’s much better than marvel at the moment. You don’t even ever hear talk about marvel since evo, and people who do talk about marvel almost get laughed at now lol! Everyone talking about the new games now cause it’s time to move on.
Besides, Arcana is interesting because who ever wins this tournament is on top of Arcana in the EC IMO. That is a title many people want to fight for and it’s interesting to see who will come out on top. No one cares about who will win marvel and the reasons are obvious.

Yo Eric, some of the arcades switched to using 3 of 5 rounds in AHF so maybe nec8 should use 3 of 5.
2/3 is standard. And that’s how it should stay. AH matches are LOOOOOONG. Like, CvS2 long.
Well NO WAY IT’S CVS2 LONG TRUST ME. NO WAY AT ALL! lol. We were playing 3 rounds and yea it was longer than normal, but it’s kind of interesting. Idk it’s up to the players to decide that one. It would just mean the finals would have to be like 3 out of 5 cause yea 4 out of 7 with 3 rounds would take 4ever.
i got spoiled playing 3/5 rounds in jpn lol. its longer but does produce more consistent results. its easy to get randomed out in this game. im fine with both, but having to adjust to 2/3 rounds again sux lol

and also… 3/5 is fine… it works in like 3d fighters (aka consistent results) so i like the idea that person who gets furthest will be the most favored player to win.
