EX Grooves only(You choose the bar, we set the settings)
Damage is set to minimum
Speed is normal
Time is normal
G. Rugal/E. Ryu/O. Iori/S. Akuma are banned.
2/1/1 | 1/2/1 | 1/1/2 | Are the only ratio combinations allowed.
Fee will be decided later on, but you’re most likely looking at $5 to enter.
Pot split 70/20/10

EDIT: One thing I’d like to ask is if there’ll be room for me to bring a couple 42" LCD monitors for the games we’ll be playing(arcana/melty blood/cvs2) If there’ll be a problem in terms of not enough room, then just let me know.

As you’ve already noticed, we are in a new era of fighting competition. The old will always be with the community, however it is time that we add some new fire to the mix. I “Propose” a Dragon Ball Z: T2 tournament as a special introduction to 2008. Fitting that NEC can be the place to launch it. The Empire will sponsor a Prize Payout of $500.00 on top of a 70% 20% 10% pot distribution. PM me if you are interested. I’ve studied the game for a while with Jeron and we have some rulings to make the game simplified.

People have been asking me why and its because Im having focus on newer games. Halo 3(yes Im playing lol), Madden08, Smash Brothers Brawl, and Tenkaichi. Anyway I will be there and make an attempt to win Super Turbo for the third year in a row. Also Im willing to help out in anyway I can if you need it.
