I’m confused, kid, you said you don’t wanna talk shit, but you did talk shit :lol: Brandon came close to beatin justin wong during this tournament, so that makes him another top player from EC, and from what I heard, the top philly players are all on the same level, so that makes it more than 3 EC players that are really good at mvc2. Then there is the X, rick mears and josh wingfall from NY.

2. Apoc is from Vegas. Vegas=!WC. If Vegas was WC, then so would Texas and Seattle, making the WC even more dominating which NOBODY wants.

I was just naming off the top. I wasn’t really speaking of JUST mvc2 players. That’s like a niche. I’m sure EC has many MvC2 players that are good. Hell the vs. games are the EC claim to fame.

As for Julian. Julien’s good. I guess I’ll be forced to take him seriously and use Vega. Who did he lose to? Who did I beat. What you don’t get is that MWC is last minute practice for Evo. You get like half the amount of good players there. Know what I was doing before I played? Smoking out and chillin’ with chicas outside cuz…it’s really nothing to place top 5 at mwc. I already had it. And I never even bothered to play Vega. As if my record against every top player doesn’t outshine already. I’ll just wait another few months, play some cpu games of ST and then shut you up again. But true, since there was no evo showing, that brag-right lasted a bit longer than it should’ve. But there’s no need to take it seriously. I’ve whooped on everyone he’s lost to anyway. That’s the funny thing about EC. One good day and it’s a big deal. I beat Hsien twice and I don’t go around saying I own him. Didn’t he beat everyone in cvs2 except Choi? Oh, and me. Still, he was the better player, I just happened to beat him. I’ve lost to scrubs here and there. oooo weee. Heheh. Matter of fact, I 3-0 the guy that whooped on Julien with a third string character he only knew basics on. Excuse me for being too bored to play Vega vs Vega. I’ll throw that one out for you next time I get the chance. It’s how you do overall against the majority of opponents. I guess on the EC shit’s like gold to some.

Seriously, do a poll on who would make it to Super Opera Battle on ST. I don’t see EC peeps trying to do shit about trying to send anyone for ST. My record over the last few ST tourneys I’ve been in(even add mwc this year to help out) is better than 90-95% of all ST players. But, hey, you chill with ppl around and you gotta be prepared for this shit.

I have little interest in practicing just to practice or “in case”. Gotta put some heat into that shit. I’ll tell you one thing. I play a lot less and in less tourneys than just about any of yall and I still own so…say what you will. I handle my own like a breeze. Yall can practice for months while I chill and it really won’t make much difference. If I lose, the other guy probably deserved to win and came very prepared. Good show.

Truth be told, there are plenty of good players on the EC. I didn’t say great. I mean, if it’s your hobby and you can ONLY go to one tourney a year, WHY NOT go to the biggest one with the most players? Then you can do all of your putting up in one swoop. Why hate that the BIG one is on the WC? It’s not about which coast the big one is on. Convince your dopest players to show up altogether to the big one. If you go to a lesser tourney, then I think you’re a pussy(or you were so broke you didn’t go to any tourneys). That’s like saying…ok, I’m going to get 3rd in this “mini-national” by defeating 5 ppl and then I’m going to stay home and act like I’m hot and woulda had a chance had I gone to the REALLY big one with 150-175 players. Get real.

The only reason why you people assume that WC is better than EC is beacuse SRK is a WC based website, I rarely see anything about any EC tournaments posted on the front page. Who cares if SHGL dies? Or if there’s a big SHGL tournament? 70% of the forum subscribers don’t give a rats ass about SHGL. I never see any EC tourney results posted in #capcom on Efnet. The only reason why most people know about the people that Harry Potter(Picolo) listed is because they are the top players of the WC, and the majority of them, if not all, play at SHGL. If EC players got as much publicity as WC players do, then I don’t think that there would be this much cockiness on the WC. As I said before, a few of your soldiers came onto our grounds and got stomped, it will happen again, even without Justin here to back us up in MvC2.
