I guess it depends on if the person is doing their homework when they buy the house (PS: do your homework!). The first house I bought, I got lucky and it was a great deal on a foreclosure, lived in it for a few years, rented it for a few years, and now if all goes well I’ll make a decent amount of change of the sale. Yes, having landlords sucks, and that’s definitely an added bonus. Also, having 4 disconnected walls to anyone else is a bigger plus for me. I hate neighbors worse than I hated landlords.
The only minus for me to owning homes is yardwork (I hate yardwork), but if needed, i’ll just hire someone to do that.
Edit: don’t know why my quotes started getting all f’d up. Also, yay for AE. forgot what it was like to win a few matches in a row, i never got the hang of mvc3, but it’s still fun to play 
Evil Ryu has the worst theme music I have ever heard. Its like someone crudely mashed Akuma’s and Ryu’s themes together without trying to keep them at the same tempo.
Played AE pretty much all day and noticed two things with Yun:

His dive kick will cross up in the right corner but not in the left corner

There is no way his EX lunge punch is +1 on block. I recorded Yun doing EX lunge punch into crouch jab which is supposed to have 3 frame startup and tested it against other 3 frame jabs and normal throws which also have 3 frame startup and I either traded or lost. I’m assuming that EX lunge punch has to be -1 and that players have either misread the Japanese frame data or there were some hidden tweaks.
Yeah the Yun/Yang onslaught was pretty fierce tonight on ranked. Given the general levels of appreciation for stupid macho shit like Death Knights or whatever in the gaming public, I’m shocked that there haven’t really been that many Onis or Evil Ryus so far.
i was playing evil ryu for most of the day and so far i think he is a very unstable character. he has very low health in exchange for tools that just aren’t that amazing and just feels like a toned down akuma with some extra tricks. he has high damage to but i found it pretty hard to land damaging combos without risking half my health. idk for a char to have this low health i feel like he really needs some type of vortex.

He can tatsu sweep like 5 characters. I did it on Balrog, idk the others.
Yun is like Wolverine, push buttons and win. I can get like 600 in the corner with Genei Jin + U1.
Haven’t heard it yet, but before I go to YouTube I bet that it’s nowhere near as bad as anything from KOF 2001 or the Korean version of #Reload.
Both of which were made by Koreans. Both of which are still nowhere near as unspeakably abominable as Korean Rap.
I swear, what is it with Korea and shitty music?
Is there something in the water there that prevents their inner ears from properly identifying sounds?
EDIT: OK yeah, I listened to about 30 seconds and it’s pretty bad. But not Korean bad.
Also, why the hell didn’t they use Yang’s 2nd Impact theme? Capcom is trying so hard to forget that game exists when it has some of the best SF themes ever done.
How does Oni feel?
He can do that crossup ex slash thingy and if it hits, juggle you with the fireball ultra >_>.
maybe it was the time of day, but on xbl (didn’t get to play THAT long), but i mostly played against Onis, some evil ryus, and only 1 or 2 yangs. actually played against a lot of old characters too.
quick question, what are the two sets of BP under the health bar? is it your Super BP/PP and your AE BP/PP?
I didn’t get to play a ton but I enjoy playing Yang, and Oni seems really awesome. I just wish his fireball went full screen and he could FADC his shoryu on block. His air mobility is ridiculous though… air dash, double jump with a hitbox on it.
Are cross up slashes safe? Also f+HP is a fucking amazing footsie tool.
Also why the hell can’t Fei FADC ultra off of his rekkas? Stupid yang.
Marvel is still more fun than AE though haha

wow for real? i didnt even think of trying tatsu into sweep since its pretty slow compared to akumas. you have to be unpredictable with the EX slash to hit someone with it and its pretty hard to hit someone once they see that EX flash they will just block,grab,jump or just ultra you in the face really. oh yeah did i mention you also can ultra it on BLOCK?pretty stupid shit and very risky for character with no health.
edit:yeah that tatsu>sweep seems character specific i cant get it to hit on chun.
