Just played a few matches online with JiBbo, wow…are the rest of you guys this good? I thought I was getting better, but wow, he’s like so much better than me.
Well, next month is our first anniversary so there’s no better time. We had some lolwut? issues with security that my instrucor got cleared up and then some unexpected stuff on the Smash side of things but everything else was really hype. Big props to everyone who came out. Interesting viewpoint since we managed to get multiple 360s and and PS3s for SF4 and the Pentathalon. While PS3 is tourney standard, port switching has to be one of the biggest headaches in running a tournament. I can understand the adapter availability and backwards compatibility reasons for using PS3 but 360 seems much better equipped for switching out multiple sticks and controllers. In the end, the biggest issue seems to be pad players since stick skills tend to transfer to a different console better than pad skills otherwise a tournament can validly run with both systems.
Listened to one of Gooteck’s podcasts and heard a fairly long sessions discussing the NC 3S players. Just have to say big props on that.
Also can I get y’alls xbox live gt’s if you have SF4, trynna get some more matches in. I don’t have live no more but I play on my friends. So I’ll just send messages saying I’m corner-trap or some shit like that.
