Well, for 3d the EX2 isn’t that bad. For 2d it’s horrible though.
The only thing I had trouble with on the EX2 in VF5 was Jeff’s bounce combos on the 2P side.
So yeah i made the mistake of ordering from game crazy cause a couple friends did. Last time I ever do that. Gotta wait till tomorrow to play.
So yeah I went to the mall and EB had copies in, so I cancelled my Amazon order and bought it on the spot.

Christmas in February!
The check I was waiting on actually came today instead of at the end of the month like I expected. Got SFIV and the standard stick. :bgrin: Haven’t had much time to play but it looks and feels good. People were actively playing at the store when I got my preorder and it looks like the Saturday tourney will be fun (not counting being stuck on the controllers).
On the EX2 issue: I’ll say it’s mediocre. The SFIV stick/a well run arcade is much better but I also own a bargain bin Dreamcast stick that’s much worse.

Just finished playing some online- I’m wondering now if Akuma of all people may be a good fit for me now. I do need to practice some, and I"m just not good at structured practice. I can tell it’s gonna hurt me bad though.
I mean, this game has that trial mode. That’s pretty structured for getting your combos down.

Argh I hate you all. Fucking gamestops here wouldn’t sell their copies and when I get to work they tell me they had a bunch of copies but sold out earlier in the day. Then I call up another Walmart on Capital and they’re all "nah sorry, all sold out.

I finally found a copy in Indian Trail, NC. So much fun. Starting to get the focus cancels down with Sagat. My PS3 gamertag is Unagi_Spirits if you want to get some games in.
I just found a Walmart out in the middle of nowhere that’s 24/7. No one picked up when I called so I’ma drive over there and see if they have a copy. I really wanna play x_x

:badboy: Nah, on the real, I love this game. I like it for every reason that its not 3rd Strike. Not hating on 3rd but I like not having to think so hard to simply keep up all the time and just kinda play. Its ah refreshing change of pace, I think. Just my $0.02. SFIV = That Hypeness!
