Thrust , i think some of your poke order is out of whack homie ~
• the st MK should be before the st FP . i only say this bc you can actually trap someone in the corner w/ its speed in combination w/ the st. LK & HK which you do very well.
• the st FP is a great zoning tool and anti air from afar, but not up close bc of its semi slow start up.
• and when did cr MK become a poke ? i only use that for meaty …

Sooooo… Southtown’s last day of operation is Sunday. I can’t make Friday at GC, but what do you guys say about having a final throwdown tourney for ST at SouthTown? It’s kinda Shinobi’s idea. We can ask Art if he can host ST, and we’ll party all day through the night.

So the country’s top 3 ST players are in town (damdai, afro, shotosallday) during Dec 7-9th (friday - sunday).
I guess the hotel casuals would be hosted saturday night.
Any of you want to go? We could probably all go out to have dinner with the out of towners too.
(Phobos and 0men, you guys have to show up for this. afro & shotos were on ggpo all the time)
Also, what is the best way to do this since parking in san francisco is problematic.
Could we all meet at one place and someone drives a van or something and we shared the parking/gas money etc?

actually i have an alternative proposal since san francisco parking is a problem and some of you including fudd hates that.
i could ask damdai / afro / shotos to take a train to san mateo game center since everyone prefers the h2h cabs and san mateo downtown has a lot of great restaurant and if you guys want to go drink there are bars as well.
so everyone doesn’t have to worry about parking and we have top players visiting our local arcade.
if it ends late we could give them a lift back to hotel.
what do you guys think?
I might be able to show up right when I land from New York, but most likely I’ll be drained and just want to go home and sleep.
Meeting up at gc would defintely work better for me. Plus nothing beats playing on those h2h cabs.

Yeah, should have qualified that by saying for me as far as arcade setups are concerned. It would be nice if there was an option to hook up our own sticks to the astro cities though.
